Update: Inzwischen habe ich das Ersatzteil erhalten.

Ich war anfangs wirklich begeistert von den Produkten von Balolo, aber meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Nach dem Kauf meines Cockpit-Setups musste ich eine Reklamation melden, da das gelieferte Multiplex-Teil sichtbare Ausbrüche und Schäden hatte. Obwohl Balolo letztlich ein Ersatz bzw. ein Upgrade auf die Massivholz-Variante angeboten hat, war die weitere Abwicklung alles andere als kundenfreundlich.

- Der Austausch sollte erst erfolgen, nachdem mein defektes Board bei Balolo eingetroffen ist - obwohl ich keinen Originalkarton mehr hatte und erwartet hätte, dass ein Premium-Hersteller hier unkomplizierter handelt (z. B. Austausch vorab oder Versandmaterial bereitstellen).
- Es wurde kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung gestellt, was bei einem hochpreisigen Produkt eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.
- Generell wirkte der Prozess unnötig umständlich und nicht wirklich serviceorientiert.
- Trotz des Aufwandes und des Produktmangels gab es keinerlei preisliches Entgegenkommen, was man bei dem hohen Preisniveau erwarten würde.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass Balolo nach weiterem Austausch und Feedback schließlich sehr entgegenkommend reagiert hat. Mir wurde ein Ersatzteil vorab zugesendet, das qualitativ einwandfrei ist und meinen Erwartungen entspricht.

Die Produkte selbst sind hochwertig und optisch sehr gelungen. Der Kundenservice hat sich am Ende deutlich bemüht und eine gute Lösung gefunden - der Weg dorthin war allerdings deutlich komplizierter, als man es bei diesem Preisniveau erwarten würde.

Ordered a desk setup during their Black Friday sale. Upon reviewing my invoice, I had realized the wrong finish was selected. I immediately emailed customer service to correct the error that was done my part. With it being the Black Friday sale, I was expecting a long turn around time with all the volume they must be experiencing. I was quickly greeted with a confirmation that they have seen my email and that they would contact me within 2 business days. To my surprise, a couple hours later I had received and email from the customer service representative Enrika, stating they have updated my ordered to the correct finish that I had mentioned. I had then replied requesting for an updated invoice to reflect the change, once again expecting a longer turn around time since they have already rectified the situation. Within a couple hours, received exactly what I had requested.
I truly appreciate this level of customer service. I can only imagine the volume the company was experiencing, and to have all my needs met (even though this was completely user error) exceeded all my expectations. Big shout out to Enrika for making my first purchase with this company a very positive one!

The quality of the desk shelve is top notch and the innovation of the cockpit is really impressive. I got a desk shelf and a magsafe phone holder which work so well.

It is one of the best purchases I have made recently. It arrived in perfect condition and it is even better than I imagined, super functional and I know it will last me many years.

Hello, I purchased the medium dashboard kit with the storage drawer and laptop holder. I was impressed by the quality of the materials and how beautiful they look on my desk, but also by how they help me keep my small desk tidy, allowing me to have everything I need within reach.
I must also mention the friendly after-sales support.
I recommend purchasing this product. It may seem expensive at first glance, but trust me, it's really worth it.

Das Desk Cockpit Setup ist an Qualität nicht zu überbieten. Es macht einen extrem hochwertigen Eindruck und es fühlt sich auch dementsprechend an! Das Holz sieht einfach grandios aus. Auf dem Schreibtsich macht es dadurch einen noch besseren Eindruck.
Die Möglichkeit sein Setup individuell zu gestalten macht es noch einzigartiger!
Die Preise, vor allem das Zubehör (Halter), sind schon sehr hoch, aber liefern auch eine entsprechende Qualität!
Absolutes top notch Produkt!

Die Produkte sind hochwertig, teuer, aber von guter Qualität. Man erhält etwas sehr Gutgemachtes. Man sollte wissen, dass die Farben oder Farbtöne des Kaffeebaums variieren. Der Versand erfolgt in der Regel schnell innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Tagen. Die Qualität des Kundenservices ist perfekt.

Terrible experience with this company. I understand that custom charges need paying but at no point was I notified by anybody that my item was sat waiting for me to pay it. They didn't notify me until a month later by which point the item had already been sent back

I recently bought the "Setup Cockpit Large & Laptop Riser" bundle. Honestly, I was reluctant to place the order - putting it off for several weeks given the rather high price point. I finally pulled the trigger and the bundle arrived within just a few days (shipping to Sweden). I was not disappointed! It's truly one of those rare and far between purchases where your wallet did take a hit but there's also zero regrets because it's actually worth it. Every step from the unboxing to having the pleasure of seeing and using the products daily has been pure joy.

If you're even remotely serious about your workplace and value functionality, good looks, and not least, tidiness – just buy it already! I rarely write reviews (if ever) but this time around I actually feel true motivation to do so, and at least in my case that says a lot.

The customer service team was great & quick to resolve my issues regarding international shipping and was very nice and helpful. The product is also very well made and I'm really excited to finally have one!

Great experience, superb quality. I have completely refunded with the desk itself, cockpit and most accessories. From buying to installing, it has been a smooth experience with a réal follow up and an easy to access team (phone, mail…). Worth the price. Clearly.

Grabbed Balolo’s Setup Cockpit bundle not long ago, and it’s elevated my workspace.
DHL shipping was good, arrived on time in a simple but secure package, everything arriving pristine.
The unboxing was a breeze, with clear instructions that made setup quick and intuitive.
Great quality materials with a simple, appealing look that fits seamlessly into my setup and adds real polish.
I especially love the extra laptop dock and phone holder, they add on to the monitor stand so easily, keeping everything accessible and cutting down on desk clutter like magic.
The bundle as a whole streamlines daily use nicely, striking just the right balance of style and function.

One small thing: I overlooked it on the site, but the Large Tray holder is larger than the Catch All Tray Large, leaving a bit of extra space now. I’ll need to order a small one to fill it properly.

All in all, Balolo crafted a smart, practical setup that truly delivers on function and feel. Excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommend if your desk could use a smart refresh!

Compré dos veces, la primera fue una locura: perdieron mi paquete, el repartidor lo dejó en un tienda en otra calle cerca de mi casa, (obviamente que no tenía nada a que ver), el servicio clientes se demostró sospechoso en mi respetos, aunque si aporté todas las pruebas a soporte de mi caso.
Fue un proceso estresante y que me robó mucho tiempo, pero al final me enviaron un remplazo a coste cero, así que todo acabó como debía.
Sin embrago, cabe destacar que el paquete que llegó parecía haber pasado por una guerra, y el embalaje dejaba mucho que desear, total que un par de elementos llegaron dañados.
Igualmente, disculpé todo y todos al ser un pedido echo durante el período de black friday, considero que desafortunadamente esas cosas pueden pasar.

La segunda vez el proceso de recepción fue más fácil, pero aquí también el paquete llegó destrozado y el embalaje era incluso peor.
He reparado en ambos casos los artículos dañados, pero las expectativas mínimas que tengo con una compañía que se hace pagar tanto son mucho mas altas.

Dicho eso, los productos son de gran calidad, aunque si, a pesar de todo, los considero 'overpriced'.
