Alistair charged me and then disappeared and failed to complete my US tax return before the filing deadline. I've had to now pay for an extension and other accountants. DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT. If you google him you'll see he was reprimanded by The Institute of Chartered Accountants for failure to respond to court judgments against him by clients. I will now be a former client filing a court claim.

I made an overpayment three years ago, and have been chasing them for a refund ever since. They seldom respond to emails and have done nothing to resolve the overpayment

My experience of Bambridge Accountants
About seven years ago, I realised that the stress of doing my tax returns on line was beginning to affect my health. Being in my mid-80s, I am not at ease with the way that technology is dominating our lives. My daughter recommended that I engage a company to undertake my tax returns and suggested the firm Bambridge Accountants. I contacted them and visited them in their office in London. I have not looked back since.
They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Moreover, they are approachable, friendly, patient and sympathetic. I can contact them any time with any queries I might have.
I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone I know. They provide an excellent service.

Really helpful team who take the pain out of filing my US taxes. Got me caught up after I failed to file for years and have been great at reminding me when it’s time to file again. I certainly would never go back to doing it myself again when I know I can trust Bambridge to handle it all for me.

So far, Bambridge has been kind, (mostly) prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. They weren't even tasked with going over my last year's taxes, but they did anyway and found a MAJOR mistake made by my previous filer. I'm likely to get thousands back because of their diligence. I have had a good experience in the past with them, but this filing took way too long for them to complete and I was rushing to print, sign and mail it before the deadline. This, after being told it would be done weeks before on repeated occasions.
