This is a fake and scam. Associated with Banff Alberta Canada in name only. Made up store which has never been in Banff and their sob story about a 25 year history is story is a complete fake. They ship dollar store quality items from China.

This company IS NOT legit. These items come from China and are Not. Real. Fur. as advertised and sold as. These hats are extremely poorly constructed and, silly me, I ordered three that I can never ever wear. Even if they did fit my normal sized head, they are an absolute joke, and I would never be caught dead wearing one. I hope this is seen by anyone that is thinking about buying from this company. DONT DO IT!!! I don’t even know if they are from Banff, AB tbh. I cannot even fathom a company selling such trash. It’s too bad I had to give it one star cause it’s not even worthy of that.

Don’t even bother buying ANYTHING from those idiots! The products are made with EXTREMELY CHEEP materials and don’t expect to get any REAL leather or fur for that matter! Banks should considered this store as a red flag and NEVER allow transactions to be made!!!

dont buy from them just sent me a very low quality from china and after I claimed and ask for the return they didnt reply me at all . there is no phone number in their site and only an email address . I lost cad 100

100% a scam. I live in Calgary and thought “oh Banff great that will get here fast!” - it was from china. It’s super cheap. You can get better quality ones from amazon for half the price and faster shipping.

This whole company is 100% a joke.

Misrepresentation - product is shipped from China and not as advertised. Faux fur and has little resemblance to the product photographed/advertised . Total scam. I have since found out that Banff Boutique in Canada has closed down and they are using the same name to get custom.

I was actually surprised when my order was delivered having read of negative experiences by others. That said, the two hats I ordered are much less fluffy or luxurious than I expected or was portrayed in photos on the FB ad. I will keep the hats but wouldn't suggest ordering any as they are less a product than you expect.

Yup, this is a scam. I ordered a ladies coat. They advertised it as an "Elegant, Textured Coat" that was on sale for $104.95 (half price). I did get a coat (if that's what you want to call it), but it's super cheap, thin material, no lining at all, and not nearly as nice as the picture. It came straight from China, not Banff! Grrrr!! :(

BEWARE!!! SCAM SCAM!! You will get tracking etc and it looks legit but will never get your order and can't reach them. Calling my credit card to report.

They copied our website name for fraudulent reasons. Our official website is banffboutique.com, but the website banff-boutique.com is completely a scam. Please don't purchase from them.

Very misleading Facebook ads. This company is not located in Banff, Alberta Canada or associated with Banff, Alberta, Canada. The chat is an automated response as are the messages to their email contact address. No address or phone number provided in their advertising or website. If I could give it zero stars, I would! BEWARE
