I have been waiting on my winnings for a week I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone 🤬🤬🤬🤬still haven't received it

i have playes and played but they only will approve $100 redemptiona and it takes days to get that. i have had over $500 on my account and got 1-$100 redemption in last 5 days yes they have customer servce 24-7 but all they do is say trust us your money is safe you will get your money soon. thats not instant redemtion and i have ti keep asking and asking and asking and still nothing. they really are a company that false advertising and dont want to pay you.

Brand new user and I actually won a small prize.. I had a redemption for 1000 dollars pending for an hour. I reached out to support and the agent spent 20 minutes to reply to each of my messages. Finally her solution was to cancel my redeem and do it in 2 (500) increments which was going to now delay this even longer. This is ridiculous and not a good look for a company that advertises instant redemptions.. will potentially

Redemption Delays and Misleading Practices

I reached the leaderboard twice in two consecutive weeks and accumulated over 40,000 SC total, including more than 17,000 SC in a single week. Based on my experience, the advertised “instant redemption” system does not reflect what actually happens.

The site claims there is a daily redemption limit of 3,000 SC, but in practice, it feels nearly impossible to redeem larger amounts. If you have more than 500 SC available, support advises you to redeem only 100–200 SC at a time because it is supposedly “faster.” I followed that advice when I had over 8,000 SC available, but my redemptions were still repeatedly delayed.

You also cannot submit multiple redemption requests because they are often canceled or placed under “Compliance Team” review. From my experience, the redemption remains pending until your balance drops to an amount they seem more willing to pay.

I repeatedly contacted support and was given different explanations every time: compliance reviews, IT issues, fraudulent cards used by other people, processing delays, and other excuses. Meanwhile, the site continues to encourage you to keep playing while your funds remain pending.

I have personally lost more than $20,000. At one point I had 1,800 redeemable SC and had to withdraw it in 200 SC increments, exactly as they suggested. Even then, the delays continued. That is when it became obvious to me that the system appears designed to make larger wins difficult to actually cash out.

Another major issue is that there is no way to lock your account or disable access while a redemption is pending. If you are struggling with impulse control, you can still log in and cancel your withdrawal. I asked support more than 30 times in one day to release my pending redemption when I had over 8,000 SC available because I knew that if it stayed pending, I would likely end up spending it again.

The player protection tools do not seem to protect people from spending more money. Instead, they can lock your account while leaving pending redemptions unresolved.

I understand no one is forced to keep playing, but the least a customer should be able to expect is that money they legitimately win can actually be redeemed without endless delays and excuses.

In my opinion, the site creates false hope by making it appear that winning is possible, while making the redemption process so difficult that many players end up losing the money before it is ever paid out. I waited hours and even days, constantly following up, and the pattern became impossible to ignore.

I won 1200 and tried to redeem the money with two separate $600 request and both were denied. When I tried to redeem the next time, I kept 150 to play with and I received my weekly coins back and my balance went to 400. I broke the remaining 1,050 down to smaller redemptions of 300, 250, 200, 200, and 100. I received an e-mail saying my redemptions for 200 and 100 were approved.

While my other redemptions were in the Que. I took the same 400 and won 916.
When Bang coins denied the remaining redemptions, I changed all redemptions to reflect 100 dollar payments.

Customer support emailed me and told me not to send so many redemptions at once, because it could mess up the system. I ended playing the 916 back and then I got an email stating I got approved for another 100 redemption. That brought the total payments to me to be 400 dollars.

In the end I asked the bang coins chat where was the rest of my money and the lady told me that I played it all back. The lady told me as each redemption was denied they put the money back in my balance. I asked the lady, how was that possible? when I won 916 and my play balance never changed at all.

I feel like they used a smoke screen by letting me win 916, just so they could trickle my winnings back into my account as I played the 916 back.This company is a complete scam. Stay away from it.

REDEMPTION Delay Tactic

Daily redemption Limit is 3000 which is impossible because as someone who climbed the leaderboard twice totalling 40k+SC in 2 consecutive weeks I can attest that they would do everything they can not to pay you that rightfully won funds and only give you 10% of it.

if you have more than 500 in your account thats redeemable it is advised by them to redeem only 100-200 at a time so it gets sent out really fast(deception), while i followed that I had 8k SC at one point and my funds were delayed and not processed timely even though they advertise Instant Redemption it is inexistent.

you cannot also redeem multiple times because they cancel it so you are under their "Compliance team" who are the ones "Processing" the redemption mercy on what amount you'll actually get.

once your balance drops enough to whatever they only want to pay you thats the only time redemption is processed.

there is always a behavioral pattern to everything, this one is one of those who are giving you false hope. please be careful.

RTP Is controlled and regulated the whole week it is very obvious also as because there is only specific times things would hit, while they claim they do not have control of it, my account history shows otherwise.

you were never meant to win, you were made to believe you had a chance to win but honestly, I hope this place gets audited and the owners go to prison.

I have lost 20k+ USD, I had 1800 redeemable SC and had to withdraw by 200 each, I even abided by their "Suggestions" but thats when it became way too obvious that everything here is just meant to be rigged.

you cannot put your account on hold meaning unable to login if theres a pending redemption to protect yourself from not hitting that cancel button.

I have asked more than 30times in a day only when I had that 8kSC redeemable to help me to please release it because by the end of the day, youre the one who put in the work, the money, and the risk.

the least of the customers concern should be if the money you "Won" can actually be redeemed.

I never want to file a fraud report to recoupe my funds because I wanted to give this place a chance to do the right thing.

There is no way for you to also save yourself from hitting that cancel button.

while no one does force you to keep playing, the player safety protocols do not absolutely apply to save you from spending more but just to lock out your account and not process any pending redemptions you have.

I have waited hours, and days inquired and inquired but the patterns are obvious. there is big negligence to pay you out what you have rightfully earned.

And I actually didn't know all the terms of redeeming large amounts and I presumed they were not being honest about what they advertised. But I was totally wrong! They are legit and the agents are awesome and very patient with me even though I gave them the total blues. I regret sincerely and apologize for stress I gave the agents. Spent 10 and cashed out 200 and got paid literally instantly

On 4/8 bought the welcome package for 9.99 got $30. Ended up winning $1320 on one game. Altogether won $1585. I played back some attempted to cash out $1250. Didn’t go through, KYC verification went through immediately. I played some more down to $1100 said that’s it I’m not giving back no more money. So then they say i have to verify the card i paid with okay cool. Now yesterday (4/10) verification went through immediately after i said i was contacting my attorney. I still have NOT received my remaining balance. They paid $300 but are holding the rest with no timeframe.
Customer support keeps saying it is “under compliance review” but cannot provide ANY timeline. They also tried to redirect me to play games instead of addressing my withdrawal.
Now they are telling me to withdraw my money in parts, which causes further delays each time. This feels like a tactic to avoid paying the full amount.
At this point, I am escalating this with my bank and filing formal complaints. I will update again if this gets resolved.
