Scam. They take money and that is it.

Had a bad experience with Bankoff. Gave them money on April 18, but it never reached the other end.

Then, on May 3, their service crashed, and I couldn't get my money out.

And guess what? I'm not the only one—they did the same thing to a bunch of people I know.

Don't trust Bankoff; they don't keep their promises and messed up a lot of people's money.

Better stay away to avoid the same trouble and not lose your cash.

They are scammers don't use this in chat they said please deposit minimum 10$ to active card so i normally added 20$ but the card is not working when i asked them on telegram support they just ignore and block me. Stay away from bankoff they are scammers

Since 2022 the team shutdown operation and went MIA with customers' money. My friend and I got money with these thieves with baseless excuses to abscond.

DO NOT send them money. After the spring of 2022, they have announced that all money were blocked along with their cards. I was waiting months to receive any news, but got literally nothing. I thought that service has closed and forgot until recently. And this is what i received from their support. They ask me to send MORE money to return my previous money back, lmao.
“since all user accounts have been deleted from the bot. We will not be able to identify you. You can create a new account and top up with a minimum amount and we will credit you with the lost amount”

Screenshots or screen records from THEIR bot with ALL private information about cards is not enough for them.
“Sorry, we can’t offer you any other options.”

I will risk it and do what they asked to do, but it’s all was their fault and somehow I need to make additional steps.

I decided to give this service a chance after a year. But it's still a scam. Don't repeat my mistake.
