Extremely poor customer service

A withdrawal request failed. Bankonbet initially claimed the withdrawal was successful. Only after repeated inquiries via live chat and email customer service was the money refunded. A further withdrawal could not be initiated because the refunded funds were claimed to be a new deposit and had to be wagered first. After another complaint, I was offered a manual withdrawal. This was subsequently denied, then reinstated. To this day, I am still waiting for the transfer. Extremely poor customer service, whether via live-chat or suppport via email. It borders on fraud!

300 CHF withdrawal withheld since 27/03 - Formal legal notice sent

​I am writing this review to warn the community about Bankonbet’s systematic withholding of funds. I have a 300 CHF withdrawal request pending since March 27th, 2026 (Player ID: [TON ID ICI]), despite my account being 100% KYC-verified.

​The support team continues to provide generic scripts about "3 business days" and "routine checks," which is a clear stalling tactic. As the 6:00 PM deadline (Geneva time) has passed without a valid ARN or Transaction ID, I have officially escalated this matter:

​Regulatory Complaint: Filed with Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao License) for unjustified retention of funds. ​Legal Action: My legal counsel (Tax Attorney) is initiating a discovery request regarding their payment processors. ​Media Inquiry: A report on Bankonbet’s liquidity issues and payment practices is being prepared for Swiss investigative news networks.

​I will only update or remove this review once the funds are visible or a valid proof of transaction (ARN) is provided. Bankonbet, stop the excuses and process the payment immediately.

I’ve sent them multiple emails regarding my withdrawal and they do not respond. Every response they actually give just tells you to email their support… but they never respond from that email so it’s a never ending game of support requests with no follow through from their side. DO NOT USE THEM!

Sports variety, decent service

Really great site, UI could be slightly more concise, but I really appreciate the variety of props, could include more live props for sports like hockey. Herto was extremely timely and helpful in my customer support question, though I had to cycle through a different agent who was slow.

No lag during big games very satisfied

A lot of platforms lag when you’re trying to catch live odds, but this one held up perfectly during the recent tennis finals. I was able to place all my bets smoothly without the markets locking up constantly. I’ve made a few smaller withdrawals to test the waters, and everything was processed perfectly. The customer support is always available when you need them. I am very satisfied.

Switched over because the hockey prop bets are priced much better here, and the in-play markets stay open longer. Moving money via Interac is seamless—deposits are immediate, and my recent cashout took less than a day to complete. Excellent service all around.

Blocked funds €3,800 – 2 months delay – urgent resolution required

Update to my review posted in January:

Several months later, I still have not received my €3,800.

I have provided all requested documents, including my card images, and fully complied with their verification process. Despite this, BankonBet continues to block my funds without any valid justification.

Their support team only sends automated replies asking me to “be patient”, without ever giving a clear deadline or real solution.

This situation clearly looks like an abusive withholding of funds.

I have filed complaints with independent mediation platforms and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.

I strongly advise other players to stay away from this platform.

Account drained while access was blocked - Unfair practices

I have 50€ on my account, but Bankonbet blocked access to their website in my country (France). When I contacted support to withdraw my funds, they told me my balance was drained due to "inactivity fees" (Section 6.18). How can an account be "inactive" when the provider is the one blocking the login page? This is a scam technique to steal player funds. Support has now stopped answering my emails. Avoid this site at all costs.
