Banner Department Reviews

We had the most amazing experience with the Banner Department.
We first saw them on Instagram when planning our wedding, and new that we wanted something behind us in all of those important shots. We also thought that so much of your wedding is thrown away after - the candles the cake etc but the banner is something we now have hanging in our home!
The process was really easy, I am not a creative person at all and the team took our colours & ideas and designed and made something perfect.
So many compliments and something so unique. Would definitely use again!

We had a banner made for our wedding and it was EVERYTHING we wished for. Your design, final product and overall service were perfect and we had so many guests ask where we got it from!!

Thank you! xx

Our banner was beyond our expectations! Amy and the team were amazing, even when we wanted multiple changes they were so helpful and accommodating. It looked amazing on our wedding day.

I ordered a banner for our new office. The process was super easy and enjoyable. The team sent me a number of design ideas to help me refine what I was thinking of. The banner is amazing quality and really stands out, client's mention it every time they see it when they come to the office!

They were lovely to talk to and very accommodating. The quality of the banner was better than expected. Very pleased with the result!

Great product and customer service, would recommend!

My banner looks amazing! Exactly what I wanted from the pretty terrible sketch I sent them. Communication was great throughout. Was blown away by the quality when it arrived.

Working with Banner Department has been an absolute pleasure! They’re quick to respond and their banners are so well made. Highly recommend!

The banner was fabulous and we were able to change the shipping address with no problem.
First class service.

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the banner I got from Banner Department I couldn’t be happier with the end result and they went above and beyond to get it finished for me with a tight deadline. Amazing work!

Exquisite quality and fantastic customer service.
Will be ordering again.

From the initial contact right through to receiving our banner the service was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to make changes along the way, the digital mock up was really helpful to understand what the final product was going to look like. The actual banner exceeded expectations and we’re thrilled with it!

Amazing service! Clear communication from the start and an incredible design based on our brief. A true staple of our wedding day and treasured forever - thank you ❤️

We ordered a banner for our wedding and it was a last minute decision, so it was a quick turnaround but that didn’t stop the amazing service that we got! Can’t thank Amy and the rest of the banner department team for designing our banner and getting it out to us in time! We absolutely love it and it’s now got pride of place in our dining room, after being a stand out piece at our wedding. Would highly recommend Banner Department!
