Above and Beyond
Starting out, I was sure this was not going to be a good experience because I was extremely irritated that I had to change my process and use a third party to get the UPCs. I WAS WRONG. Tracy and Mikel were so patient and helped me through the sizing. The pressure was on to get it done as quickly as possible, the labels are small and accommodating everything was very challenging. And I had a bunch of them to get done--both UPC and 128s!!! They went wayyyy above and beyond. Thank you both!

I had such an amazing experience with AccuGraphiX, and this review is especially for Mikel, who helped me. I had called in with concerns about my project, and Mikel took the time to really educate me on what was possible and what wasn’t with resizing UPCs. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. I had my codes back within just a few hours.
What impressed me the most was their honesty and integrity. I had accidentally paid for the wrong product, and without me even having to follow up, they immediately issued a refund. That level of honesty and customer care is rare.
AccuGraphiX is reliable, transparent, and goes above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be working with them again!

Best customer service of any of my vendors
Easy to use website. No fluff. Just the info I need for ordering and reordering my UPC labels. I always get the kindest representatives when I need to communicate with them. They help me get everything I need and communicate when I can expect them. Plus, the printing of the stickers is extremely fast, usually same day or next day if I order late in the day. I will be ordering my UPC labels from AccuGraphiX for the forseeable future.
