really frustrating experience with bargain chemist online order, I got the wrong product, simply asking for the refund and return their product back. the courier didn't show up for 2 days, and they made me contact the courier again and again and I was told no returned product received, no refund. I asked their local branch to do collection, no. Plus, their customer service is not good

Terrible online service
Terrible online service, blatantly ignoring my request to cancel the order entirely after they were unable to provide 3/5 items and I then had to chase them for a refund for the non supplied items.

I ordered some perfume on the website, on a "click and collect" option , as the item was shown as "in stock" locally.
I went into the store and they said they had no stock, and that they would refund the money. They did that a few days later.
In the meantime, I checked with all the shops showing stock of this item. None had it. I am NOT IMPRESSED.

Disappointing
Item I wanted to buy was a great special. Only problem it wasn't available to deliver or click and collect. Web site showed stock available but I have been in three times and there is never any available. Staff very unhelpful. A great way to get you in the shop for something that is never there. Disappointing and a complete waste of time.

Stock Levels Inaccurate
This is the second time I have placed a click and collect order with Bargain Chemist where both times my items have been out of stock at my local store. It didn’t receive any communication about this until I followed up with them 4 days later.
