Kindness and compassion throughout.
Thank you Di and Chris for the care that you showed when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Jasper. Your kindness made an unbearable situation a little easier to accept. The small touches like the beautiful container that Jasper's ashes were returned in with a personalised name tag and card made a real difference.

We are so grateful that we found these guys in our moment of need after the passing of our much loved dog Delilah. Their kind professional approach and service delivery in a beautiful location has brought us a lot of comfort.

Barnshaw made a horrible experience so much easier. The quick communication was amazing, the care they provide and quick turn around left me reassured that I had chosen the best place for my Baelie. Not to mention how affordable they are! The personal touches, including bereavement card was so lovely. Within 24 hours I had my girl home again. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you so much.

My heart was broken last night after Bella slipped away from us. To find Barnshaw was a blessing. These guys took Bella in a few hours after she passed in the evening and I collected her ashes an hour or so later. A great comfort for me, my wife anc daughters knowing she was coming home again the same evening.

Our dog Stan was presented in a gift bag with a lovely wooden named tag attached. The foot print we requested was displayed perfectly on a crafted toughened card. We were very satisfied with what we received. Sensitivity is key during these difficult times and we are very impressed with the service. Thank you.

I cannot thank Chris and Diane enough both for their professionalism and extreme kindness at such a difficult time. They made the whole process as painless as possible and were just incredible at making this as easy and straight forward as it could be. It's not a service that any of us want to think about, but I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself facing this situation.

Two and half years ago was the first time we had used Barnshaw pet Crem when our young Labrador passed, it was a very difficult time but we remember the support from Di and Chris nothing was too much trouble and that memory stayed with us.
Last week our cat Ollie had passed and again calling them at 7:30pm on Christmas Eve nothing was too much trouble.
We 100% recommend Barnshaw pet crem without a doubt.

I am overwhelmed by the care, compassion and class that we received from Chris and Di after loosing our cat Tutu on Christmas Day. I can not thank them enough. I emailed late at night, not expecting a reply for a few days, due to it being Christmas Day, but I received a reply within half an hour and we were able to bring our darling Tutu to them early the following morning. The attention to detail and care that Chris and Di have makes this sad time a tiny bit easier. Chris explained everything with compassion and we knew Tutu was in safe hands and would be looked after. When we collected Tutu the following day we were treated with such love and care. I can not recommend Barnshaw Pet Crematorium enough if you ever have to go through such a difficult time of loosing your pet.

We used Banshaw Pet Crematorium in conjunction with Silver Gate Vets.
We found Chris and Diane very compassionate and understanding with our heart breaking time of losing our baby girl Wilma. The whole procedure was explained in full detail with care and compassion. Chris brought Wilma home to us next day , which we was truly grateful for. We would definitely recommend Barnshaw's.

After loosing our beloved cat in a very upsetting way I was so pleased I contacted Diane, both her and Chris are clearly absolute animal lovers, we felt comforted to know he would be on his final journey with someone who cared, such a beautiful setting and a peaceful place to say our final goodbyes to our boy.
In less than 24hrs we have him home
When we collected him there are so many lovely touches included that we can keep as treasured memories of him including his pawprint.
Nothing was too much trouble they are both very caring

Chris and Di were so kind and super efficient at such a sad time . I can’t recommend them enough . They collected our dog minutes after she was put to sleep . No fridges /freezers/long storage and they wrapped her in a blanket with no plastic bags . Super service .

Our experience with Barnshaw Pet Crematorium has been excellent. Di was very kind & patient at such a sad time. She made sure that when we arrived with our pet Tetley we were given time to be with him before leaving him in their capable hands, there was no rush. Lovely attention to detail especially when collecting his ashes. He was returned to us in a scatter tube within a bag which had a little heart name tag, also a condolence card. For no extra fee we were also able to add our lovely boy to the Barnshaw Pet Crematorium Memorial Wall, Di did it all. These little things have really helped us through this process & to start to celebrate our boys life. I found this service very professional, caring & thoughtful. Thank you for all you do Di xxx

My husband I could not have asked for a better service from Barnshaw when we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Bea. Everything was so seamless, professional and tastefully carried out. Silver gate vets liaised with them for a home euthanasia, and it was all timed perfectly. When we collected her ashes, she was presented to us in a lovely bamboo carrier and a really touching message which made us feel so happy that she had been looked after by an empathetic team. Our darling Norfolk Terrier recently passed away, leaving us devastated and totally lost. Her passing was unexpected and dealing with her funeral arrangements were very difficult. We wanted a local pet cremation service providing prompt personal care, and wished to avoid large corporate cremation services, normally associated with Veterinary Practices, Barnshaw helped us through a very traumatic few days. Kindness and support was always there, and gave us confidence in knowing that our little girl was handled professionally, with respect and dignity. Now her ashes sit with us at home in a personalised casket, beautifully engraved with her paw print. Thank you Barnshaw for all your help and support.

My vet introduced me to Barnshaw cremations and I’m so glad he did .
My beautiful Kizzey was collected by private transport late in the evening and was cremated on her own by the next day .
The care and love that we received was amazing and I totally recommend using them !

What can I say about Diane and her husband Chris at Barnshaw Pet Crematorium??? I have never known such compassionate and caring people!! Nothing was to much trouble at what was such an upsetting time. They treated my daughters dog like she was their own which meant so much to us!! I cant thank them enough the whole process from start to finish was flawless even down to the the little bag with Roxy's name on a heart shaped label and a condolence card to all the family. I cant recommend Dianne and Chris enough

I called to enquire about my dad's dog Alfie and they were kind, caring and considerate of our emotions. I took Alfie within a couple of hours to be met by a wonderful lady who made me feel there was no rush and I had all the time in the world. I was advised Alfie would be back with me the following day and he was. They care which was more than we recieved from petsathome who were appalling. I would 100% refer Barnshaw. Lovely card, beautiful words which broke us. Thank you so much x
