I found being able to work at my own pace and in my own time a big positive. I would like if tutors could be contacted through another source like WhatsApp for quicker responses to any queries. Also would like if there was additional guidelines on how work as to be presented for e.g.: if its an essay and how many words etc: there is some errors in the question for the assignment, its asks to write about Susan and below refers to Breda not Susan.

Average course modules Review procedure very poor and complex

I recently completed Care of Older Person. The course was well-structured and engaging. The content was not only comprehensive but also broken down into manageable modules that made learning feel effortless. The instructor was very supportive.

It great because I worked as fast as I wanted to but the support could've been better and you cant access ahead until you complete 1 section at a time

The course was worth doing, it does require time and effort, but it gave me a lot of enlightenments.

Good course, tutor was on hand to help

Barrow training is very good for someone who likes to do courses in person or online. I found that doing it online was hard as you could be easily distracted and able to do the housework instead of doing your course. If I was doing this again I would rather do it in a classroom full off people so you could interact with them.

The course was cool, only the videos were to be watched on the cell phone, it wasn't possible to see the entire video on the screen.

I recently completed the online Manual Handling training and I found the overall quality and delivery of the course good. I feel much more confident in my understanding of safe manual handling practices.

Online learning can be a challenge when there are actual physical skills required but there was enough time allocated to practice and feedback on same to allow us to grasp the tasks.

The course was well-structured and easy to navigate, even for someone who may not be very tech-savvy. Each module was clearly laid out and followed a logical sequence, making it simple to track progress and revisit topics if needed.

A few more workplace-specific examples—especially for those working in retail or warehousing—would make it even more relevant.

This online Manual Handling course is a great option that I would recommend. With a mix of essential knowledge with practical advice, and its format makes it easy to learn.

The course is very useful and contains a lot of valuable information, especially for those working in the food industry. However, I found the platform setup a bit difficult. It would be better to have a single app where I can access everything and write directly, instead of having to use Word and save tasks as PDFs, then upload them separately. A more streamlined process would improve the experience.

The Course Tutor was beneficial throughout the course.
The ladies in the office, Donna and Aileen, responded to any email quickly and were happy to assist.

i found this module very interesting and can relate alot back to my childcare course, this module wasnt as bad as i thought it would be and didnt need much help, when i needed help my tutor was replying back within a few hours which is great
