They're currently running a youtube ad for a quiz, it's a bunch of survey questions and at the end they ask you to select a donation amount for the results. This page does not mention at all that this actually signs you up for their app trial with a recurring charge. After selecting continue the payment page is brought up, only if you scroll down on this page do you see it's a recurring charge but you can enter your card info and hit continue without having to scroll.

After making the payment when you think you're getting the results, you're instead presented with another page for an add-on which is their email guides. This page only shows a button that says "Continue" when it loads. You must scroll down to find the skip option which is dark text on a dark background.
If you mistakenly click continue thinking you're done with payment and just want to get to the end already you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $15.
If you mistakenly click continue thinking it'll just take you to the next page you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $15.

If you mistakenly click continue because it is the only button presented you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $15.
It does not prompt you for payment again, it uses saved payment info, and it does not ask for any confirmation.

Customer service refuses to refund. Ad is still running even though hundreds of people have complained in their app store reviews.

Their site is designed to blatantly mislead, deceive, and take money. You have to be actively expecting to get scammed in order to avoid it. There is zero trust. They're a foreign-run scam and THEY'RE STILL SOMEHOW OPERATING. They should have been banned from the app store and Youtube months ago.

How can this be legal?! Absolutely appalling! I selected to pay £1 for the test results. They have immediately taken further £15 from my account and attempted to take further £30 within 5 days which, thankfully, I managed to block with my bank. Pure exploitation of vulnerability and ones seeking mental health support.

Outright predatory, hidden charges, targets mentally ill and trauma victims. Do NOT use any products by this developer.

STAY AWAY! this company markets itself as an app to help people. in reality it's built on deceptive business practices intentionally designed to cause erroneously made fraudulent charges & the refusal to refund users despite request being made with minutes of the unauthorized purchase.

If you see an ad for their "Childhood Trauma Test" or a $1 trial, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. This company uses a highly anti-consumer billing model designed to trap you.

They intentionally funnel you to sign up through their website rather than the App Store so they can completely bypass Apple and Google’s standard consumer refund protections. I accidentally missed the 7-day cancellation window and was hit with a $29.99 auto-renewal. I caught the charge just 16 hours later. I had zero logged usage on the actual app and contacted them immediately to cancel and request a refund.

Their customer service team (complete with fake-sweet titles like "Breeze Angel" and sparkle emojis) flat-out refused. Their excuse was that "premium access was unlocked right away," completely ignoring the fact that I hadn't used the app and caught the charge in less than a day.

When I told them I was filing a chargeback with my credit card company because of their shady policies, their response was literally to tell me they "respect my decision to move forward with my bank." They would rather eat a bank dispute fee and a hit to their merchant score than refund a 16-hour-old accidental charge.

Their entire business model relies on you forgetting to cancel, and they bank on you being too lazy to file a bank dispute when they refuse a refund. Save your money, protect your credit card info, and do not use this service.

SCAM ALERT!
Please avoid this at all costs, so not fall for trail as that's how they get you. Unfortunately did not read reviews before falling for that trap and ended up paying subscription without consent.

I can't even rightly score it even a "1" -they are TERRIBLE BAD RIP-OFF! They charged me for something I did NOT purchase. And it came out of my PayPal money already in there. So no recours, of course. And Paypal will NOT help me get the MONEY THEY STOLE back. I feel like Paypal may have something to do with it taking all these people's money they act and I've reAd other reviews that so many people cannot get their money back because, just like me. Paid out of Paypal money already there. You know not from your stored cards, linked bank, something like that, something that you CAN PROBABLY GET someone with a brain to see HOW YOUVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND will reimburse you because that's what THEYRE SUPPOSED TO DO. I am so highly pissed at these people I can't explain. Appalling service, exploiting vulnerable people by luring them to use their services, then tricking them into paying a minimal amount for "self help" guides before somehow managing to sign them on for monthly payments. Never even bother to respond to emails or to messages from their site. Is there any way to report them? It's shameful.

They sell your password!

When you install this app and try to set it up, it may ask you to create a "different" password multiple times alleging you attempted to set up an invalid one. They're saving these and selling the list along with your email address or apple ID knowing that many people re-use passwords. Install this app and you might find your bank account drained one day. BEWARE! Also, if you're an apple family plan user, they somehow require your plan lead to "log in" and "authorize" the app, and when the request goes to the plan lead, it locks them into no choice but to force reboot their phone or "log in" and agree.

Paid £2 for an online questionnaire. 2 weeks later got a surprising £24.99 charge for a full months subscription. We won't refund the charge despite trying y to contact them through your contact email as well as trying to claim the charge back through my funding carrier. Absolutely SCAM! They have hidden their fees in very small print of the terms and conditions of selecting the questionnaire.

Terrible practices, makes it impossible to cancel and tricks you into a 29.99 charge.

I signed up for the test and was given no option to skip the additional 9.99 charge. I pressed back in the browser but was charged anyway. I have reached out to the customer service and they have not resolved this. Do not use this, it is marketed as a wellbeing app but they have zero care for customer service

The company is a scam. Took $30 out without my authorization.

Very hard to reach and very hard to track down, cancelled subscription but money are still being drawn monthly.

I was signed up to the service without my consent to an email that I have no access to that doesn’t belong to me yet. When I tried to explain this to them they just said it was out of their policy to refund customers even if they haven’t used a service Absolutely disgusting company. I don’t even know what they do to be honest because I haven’t used the service, but apparently they are about well-being but really they cause their customers more stress and pain than anything else.
