Ordered door seals for Tesla Model Y and rear door seals were made too long. Contacted Basenor and was told they would ship replacements when the correct length seals are available. When they were available I placed an order and once received and confirmed that the rear door seals were the correct length I was issued a refund for the second order. I appreciate the willingness to correct the situation!

Basenor customer service turned my frown upside-down. I was not very happy with my initial Tesla sunshade because it had a pretty bad sagging issue, but I could not be happier with how Basenor customer service handled my complaint. They patiently corresponded with me over email until we found a better alternative, suggesting an upgraded version of the sunshade that comes with two separate pieces to alleviate the sagging issue of the single-piece sunshade, and although the second version was more expensive, they gave me a full refund on the purchase of the upgraded version. The upgraded version works great. Thank you Basenor!

This is a must have product for your new Model 3/Y. This kit is aimed to decrease the ambient road sounds during freeway speeds. This provides an extra layer to the factory seals in place. The biggest tip for installation is TAKE YOUR TIME and prepare the surface well. The kit comes with primer wipes to help promote adhesion of the strips. I would suggest wiping the inner door frame with alcohol or soapy water and allowing to dry completely before attaching the seals. The seals may seem to be too long, but they do not require cutting. Do not stretch the seal as you are applying to the door edge. Start as close to the edge as possible. I made tiny cutouts in the bottom of the seal as a precaution to help with drainage of water through the door frame, I am not sure if this is recommended by the manufacture but provided me with additional peace of mind (although it does not rain heavily in my state).

As an added benefit the door seems to close with a more solid sound.

I have added these seals to my model 3 and Y.

The company provides decent customer support in case of any issues.

The kit also comes with frunk and trunk seals.

I bought the sunshade windshield and roof set. They work great to keep the interior heat down. Also BASENOR was very customer friendly and helpful.

I have purchased a lot of Basenor products for both my Fathers Tesla and mine. Their pricing is always really aggressive and their products are worth the price you pay. The tough thing with Amazon is you never really know what you are going to get due to all the fake reviews out there so it is always sort of a gamble. All of the products I have received from them have accurate descriptions and the one time I needed to reach out to customer support they replied quickly. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but I know others have struggled when it comes to buying Tesla products online so I wanted to share my experience in hopes it will help others. Will be buying more from them.

I brought a cupholder separator fo Tesla model Y and it fits like custom fit.

I got the cup holder insert for my 2022 Tesla Model 3. It is perfect fit and quality is very good. This should come as OEM from Tesla. This is a must have item for Tesla owners.

I recently starting using the Basenor Tesla Model Y/3 Windshield Sunshade Folding Sun Visor/Protector with my Model 3. The product makes a nice fit with the windshield, has an easy to use opening for the car mirror, and stays in place against the windshield while the car isn't in use. It protects the dashboard and the touchscreen very well. The weather where I live has been getting sunnier and warmer recently and the sun Visor will help to reduce temperatures inside the car but not by as much had the car been parked in the shade. Still I am happy with the product and would recommend it.

I just bought the windshield sunshade for Tesla Model Y. It works perfectly! Keeps the sun out! Love this! My car started getting hot 100 deg+ so I got this windshield sunshade and it really helps keep the car cool. It’s really easy to fold in and out. It’s a must have when the weather gets hot!!

Ordered the Tesla Model Y cup holder insert and received it very promptly and happy to say it fits very well. It certainly holds my cups more firmly and clearly protects the area from anything that might fall in. Overall, happy with this add-on.

I’ve purchased three items in this order. Two arrived the next day and the last item a few days later. Very quick IMO. Got the Model 3 Air filter, backseat floor storage box, and trunk side pocket divider. All items fit like a glove. The floor storage is good for a small box of Kleenex and the trunk divider looks OEM. I recommend if you have the need. Of course the air filters fit and seem to work well.

This sunshade fits really well with Tesla Model Y 2021, I like the Velcro which attached on the mirror. I enjoy this the most while I am waiting and charging the vehicle.
