I ordered body cream and brush on Sunday 29th June via PayPal and I still haven’t had any emails emails from the company or able to track on PayPal. I need this forgoing on holidays next week. Poor communication and not made aware it would take so long at the point of ordering.

Still waiting.
I ordered at the beginning of June, received one email to confirm my order has being packed and ready to be sent out next day. It’s been a week now and nothing from the company. No ability to track either. Very disappointed.
Update:
I received the package 2 hours after posting this review. I had upgraded to 3 stars, as communication or tracking /shipment details could of been provided or better. I had looked at my order on they website and is still states " These items have not yet shipped".
My dog seems to like the cooling mat, I put him on the mat and he is staying on it so far(only been 10min).

Ordered some face masks and they never arrived! In fact the tracking never went past "Processing". Tried to call them for information but the number they list is disconnected. Tried emailing them but they never reply. I even tried contacting them through Instagram but no such luck. Very unprofessional, please avoid!!!

I was always so happy with basic boutique except on this occasion. I ordered on November 27 and I still haven't heard from them. Not even am I able to track down my order and I even call their number and no one answers. I don't know what's happening.

The kn 95 mask l received in the past were individually package and they had foam in the under bridge of the nose which are comfortable for me
