Hi. I start buying from them 5-6 years a go, they never play with me, always I get top quality products, always on time , sometime they send me sample of other products for free. Hi recommend.

The review i wrote yesterday was false... I was under the impression I was reviewing a completely different site called "simply steroids " AKA "American Pharma". They're my go to UGL. I've never even heard of this site and apologize 4the mix up.

First time trying this company a last ! It’s a scam ! Bought 4200 worth of stuff took them 2 weeks to give me a tracking # . After tracking it for 2 weeks usps notified me that “they did not pay for postage “ basically it’s a scam ! I can show pics if anyone wants to see the tracking bs they do so they then tell you they’re gonna reship and do the same thing ask that they’re not held accountable as per there rules of reship and no refund !!!

I placed an order on this website in September 2025, paid immediately, and never received my package.
The tracking information showed that the parcel was returned to the sender due to an address error. Despite providing proof, screenshots from DHL/Bpost, and sending many polite follow-ups, the site refuses to resend the order or issue a refund.

Their so-called “customer service” keeps making up excuses and ignoring their own policy — their FAQ clearly states that they reship any lost, seized, or damaged order, but in reality, they don’t honor that promise.

They even use fake sender names, which makes it impossible to file a complaint with the delivery company. As a result, they kept my money and get their parcel back.

In short: dishonest website, misleading communication, and nonexistent customer service. Never had anything like this anywhere. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them — you’ll most likely lose your money.

Solid Company! i have been in the fitness world for 15+ years. I have always used Pharmaceutical grade. However, it has been incredibly difficult to have a source that keeps their product in stock and shipping ETA consistent. I am happy to say that BASICSTERO domestic has both
covered. The domestic order from sent funds to shipping confirmation was fast! placed on Sunday and received shipping info Tuesday morning before 5AM.

These MF'ers need to pay for screwing people over!!! I suggest you stay away from this site unless you have money to just throw away for nothing in return.

These guys are 100% legit on my 4th order and always on point. I highly recommend basicstero.ws I use the international warehouse just for the cheap prices but have ordered from both. People are constantly asking me what I am going and keep getting compliments. Also going up in strength and endurance.

All these 1 star reviews are fake. I shopped Around with several different suppliers When I didn't know who was best. after a while, I soon figured out that basicstero was the most consistent with their shipping times and dose quality. this was important to me. I have always used them ever since. And have used them for the last few years. All these reviews are ridiculous. I don't believe a single one of these bad reviews. They are completely lying probably other sellers of different sites trying to bash basicstero because they can't compete. Basicstero is legit. I won't shop anywhere else

Absolutely your last choice for anything related. Stopped using them 2 years ago cause my scanned and submitted Customs seasure notice was not good enough for them to replace my order. Had to emergency shop cause I dropped a bottle and my normal source is indisposed, so I placed another order. Same stuff different day. Literally seized again and the only response from the company was "why did you order from international warehouse instead of US?" And then stopped responding. This company is literally a scam. Has been for years.

I had ordered nandrolone from them once before over a year ago and the product seemed legitimate, so I decided to give them another go recently as I was running out of test for TRT. A big red flag was that I only noticed after I ordered that their "European warehouse" wasn't actually in the EU but in Ukraine. So already it made me start sweating bullets about it taking forever to be delivered or not being able to clear customs.

As expected, it got held up in customs, but not for the reason I would have expected - these bums simply did not include import taxes in their overpriced shipping cost. So I ended up having to pay that and defeating the whole purpose of why I thought to buy from them in the first place (seemingly cheaper shipping costs than other sources).

The real cherry on top of the faecal sundae, though, was that the testosterone I received is either the most underdosed fryer oil imagine - or it is just that, fryer oil. I gave it a month and half to try to build it up in my system, but all I have gotten for my trouble is symptoms of hypogonadism/what I would get if I wasn't taking hormone replacement therapy. So they got to wreck my health on top of steal my money. Stay far away from these hacks.

Probably wasted $130 no reply to any of my questions when says we will reply within 24 hours and it's been 4-5 days. Says funds not received but I know I did everything right, if not they could've replied something. Scammers. Thought I'd read good reviews a month ago but I've read now more bad than good. They might have closed down and sold website? Don't waste you time or money! I will come back and change this IF something changes wish I had the funds to track these people down.

I made a purchase, but I have not received any products. I tried to contact them several times, but got no response from them. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

I made my first order almost 100€ from W2 a week later i requested The tracking number and they sent it after a 3days
30 days later the package is still stuck at the same point where it says arrived but it did not . I contacted the consumer service couple of times and they replyed to me with the same email ! Its like a robot is answering their clients
Anyways the order seemed to be taking so long , so I started a second order from W1 since it became available. W1 is supposed to be the warehouse in europe and the delivery was supposed to be quick ! (Lyon france)
But guess what ! 20 days letter they did not even send me the tracking number i tried to contact them several times i wrote a full email full of details to make them understand my situation and to get an explanation at least

I know when I'm the US and ordering from US this place is always on point. Bet some bad reviews on here cause if issues with customs

Have ordered from them since 2016 but been a while since my last order. Had I read these prior/recent comments prior to ordering I wouldnt have... but Ordered in btc. Received package in a week to date from order being placed. Not sure the issues the others are speaking of but I’ll continue doing business with them
