I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WHEN I EMAILED THEM THEY SAID NO ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED..THESE WEBSITE IS FULL OF SCUM THEY STOLE MY MONEY SOMEONE HAS TO CLOSE THAT

Wouldn't have given any stars. Total rip off and a fake company. Ordered an Adidas jacket in large. It arrived with no sale tags on and the labels cut out. When I tried it on it was obvious it was a child's or an extra small. When I emailed to ask to return it the address I was given was in China. Although the website gives you the impression it's an American company. So I decided to put it down to experience and gave the jacket away because I had no proof it was an authentic Adidas product. Angry doesn't even cover it 😡

They send me a wrong sized windbreaker which is of bad quality, it’s a replica brand from china...
And when I asked them (they only have email) how to return, the only is that they will respond soon or that the order has been delivered... so I sit here with my fake windbreaker while I payed $58 for it and can’t return it...

This website is such a scam. I ordered an adidas windbreaker on August 9th and it was supposed to arrive on September 1, which is like a month... The tracking site said it was sent back to the sender for some reason but I received an email that said it arrived and it clearly didn't. So I contacted the support email. After a few emails they tried to ask for my address and other information which was stupid because I obviously gave that information when I ordered the item. Then they stopped replying for about 2 weeks and I asked for an update and they had the AUDACITY to say "Can you be more specific?" I tried to give them a chance but it's obvious they're trying not planning on sending anything and just waiting for me to give up on my money. Don't trust the good views, those are fake.

TLDR: THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

The positive reactions below cannot be true. My experience is 1000% different. The L size jacket I recieved was too small, so as their own return policy on their site told me, I requested a return and refund directly after i recieved the item. The first and only reaction was they do not return and can only exchange. The return shipping cost are for me to pay, also when the exchange isn’t the proper fit aswell. This really seems like a scam and a bad never ending story. But up till now they haven’t even communicated me a return address....I’ll update when there is news..

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is a scam. My jacket took about 6 weeks to arrive, was L and the sleeves came half way up my arms. When I asked for exchange they told me I had to pay for shipping and return to an address in China. Please don't waste your hard earned money on these woeful products.

100% a scam. Super low quality product. They have a 30day return policy however they are telling me they can not accept a return. Save your money!

I made an order in mid-July and still didn't receive anything. I sent 2 e-mails complaining and the only response I had was an e-mail with a false tracking number. This site is a scam. Do not buy anything from here

Ordered an item back in July, order noted cancelled on the tracking that was sent via email (which never worked once), chased order up and a man named Michael Lynch got back in touch, absolutely useless. Item finally arrived yet was being told I cannot return and get a refund and could only exchange item. Return policy on website clearly states eligibility however Michael Lynch said that the policy changes depending on situation - lunacy.

Quality of item poor also - terrible customer service, massive lead times for delivery, a tracking system that doesn’t work, no ability to return item, do not recommend this company at all

I ordered a white and black Adidas windbreaker for 1,5 month ago. It took them over a month just to send it, I sent emails to them asking to cancel the order, and then suddenly I got an update that it was sent.
I received it today, and the first thing I see is that the labels specifying the size is removed with a scissor. I ordered XL but my best guess is that I got a medium. Another label is on chinese, and with the quality on the jacket Im pretty sure its a cheap chinese copy and not Adidas original. So in the end, I paid around 65 dollars for a useless copy in the wrong size. Do not order from them, they sell junk!

Compre una ADI windbreaker y una Nike windbreaker la cual desaparecio de la tienda, el producto es totalmente FALSO!!!! Me llego y no tiene etiquetas, las recomendaciones positivas son falsas debido a que la chaqueta no trae ninguna etiqueta, necesito un reembolso, pero tampoco responden los correos, poca seriedad y compromiso.
I bought an ADI jacket and a Nike jacket which disappeared from the store, the product is totally FALSE !!!! I arrive and it has no labels, the positive recommendations are false because the jacket does not have any label, I need a refund, but the emails do not respond either, little seriousness and commitment.

ADI Windbreaker arrived is clearly fake and had mould. Tried to contact for a refund and no response.
