Dear Paulo Sérgio:
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issue you described.
According to our system records, your order was placed on January 12, 2024. The battery had a 12-month warranty, which has now expired. Batteries are consumables, and their performance will naturally decline with use, storage, and changes in device condition.
Regarding the other damage you mentioned (hard drive and keyboard), please note that these components are not directly related to the battery and will not be affected by the battery after long-term use.
We understand your dissatisfaction and are always committed to providing the best service. If you need a battery replacement, please contact our customer service; we will apply for a small coupon for you. Please feel free to contact us anytime for other needs. We welcome your inquiries.
Sincerely,
bateriabuy.pt Team

Dear M. Miranda:
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We are pleased to hear that the battery is functioning well. We fully understand your concerns about battery durability. Please rest assured that all our batteries are tested before shipment and are covered by warranty. If you experience any abnormal performance or capacity reduction during use, please feel free to contact us, and we will provide a replacement or solution according to our after-sales policy.
Sometimes, due to differences in internal cell structure or casing design, a replacement battery may feel slightly lighter or different than the original battery, but this does not necessarily affect its normal use.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we sincerely thank you for taking the time to share with us.
Sincerely,
bateriabuy.pt Team

Unfortunately, the material did not work as expected. However, I want to acknowledge the supplier's clear effort and commitment to resolving the issue. Despite the unsuccessful outcome, they promptly arranged for a return and were professional throughout the process. I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars to reflect their dedication to customer service and problem-solving.
