hidden crack
The sink had a hidden crack covered with rubber, so I couldn’t see the damage until it leaked after installation. I had to pay double for the labour to fix it, and there was no compensation for my extra costs. The seller sent a replacement but called it goodwill, even though it’s normal to replace faulty items. I would not recommend them and don’t wish anyone to go through this experience.

Don't always go with the cheapest!
Terrible experience dealing with bathroom4less. Bad communication and customer service. I haven't received my items yet after7 full working days after order. I was told today that the courier tried to deliver but I wasn't in. They sent me a picture of someone else's house that they had tried to deliver to. They were adamant that delivery had failed because of me and it took hours of calls and emails to inform them about the facts. I am still awaiting my urgent call back 4 hours later 🙄

Fast delivery and items well packed
Fast delivery and items well packed. On the negative side l was sent the wrong wc unit, the unit l ordered was 766mm in height, the one l received was 830mm in height. I didn't realise this until my plumber installed it. The unit sits higher than my wash hand basin unit as the two units sit side by side. So overall not very happy.

I placed an order for bathroom…Missing Item
I placed an order for bathroom furniture to include the toilet and sink, and was told 3-5 days delivery. I then got told my delivery date which was the Tuesday and I booked my plumber for the following day and took a work from home day to be there. The delivery arrived prompt 7am on Tuesday but as the guys were walking away I noticed there was no box with the basin in so I told them and they said oh its probably coming with a different courier, maybe tomorrow. I reported this to Bathrooms4Less and just kept getting messages saying they had my message and to be patient. My plumber arrived for fitting on the wednesday and the basin still hadnt arrived and I am still fighting for the basin to be delivered, they have since told me the basin was damaged in transit so the couriers had blatantly lied to me. I asked for a new one to be shipped next day so my plumber could complete the job and I am still waiting. Definitely not sent next day, they have offered £10 compensation but no next day delivery. If this had been arranged on the day it could have not been fitted but instead we are going to be best part of a week with no basin and a half finished job and still n guaranteed date of delivery. Customer Service is absolutely shocking, you can't speak to anyone as it is all either email or whatsapp chat. Shocking service :-( Please read all reviews before you order and only order if you aren't in a hurry and have plenty of time to keep chasing them. Very very unhappy
