I ordered a 2024 Atlas for my son, that arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately, the shipping company damaged the bat in transit. I text Bats Plus at 7pm, not expecting a response and got an immediate response. I sent a few pictures and they shipped a new bat out the next morning. That type of customer service is almost unheard of. Will be purchasing from Bats Plus again for sure

Received my bat in five business days Pennsylvania to Alaska. Would have been four days except for a federal holiday. Yes, shipping to Alaska is more expensive, but the business clearly places a priority on timeliness which was much appreciated. I'm excited to use the bat this summer.
