I received Battle Golf for Christmas, my wife paid over $170. During that time, I was diagnosed with Cancer, so returning was not on my priority list. Once my life got back into order, I contacted them and explained the situation and asked if I could ship back and get a refund. Mind you, I have never opened the box up. Their response was "unfortunately you are outside the 30-day refund policy so we will not do a refund. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish my wife would have looked at the reviews prior to purchasing this product, because they are terrible. I would never recommend this company, what I would recommend is STAY AWAY.

Would NEVER recommend this to anyone Not as described setup is flimsy not able to angle back as shown on video of the set up. Paid $60 for the adjustable club used 4 times and then broke. Have emailed the address on the website no reply.

The email on the website comes back as undeliverable and there isn't a number to call either.

Two weeks later it never arrived. 😡

I ordered this game on November 4th and still have not received it. There is zero phone numbers to call and the customer service email is a joke. My purchase was returned because they said my address was undeliverable. They said they sent it again on December 5th and I still don’t have it. I emailed asking for a refund and was told that the tracking was showing it was still being processed. I have called my bank and put in that this was fraud. This company is not reliable and buyer beware! Do not purchase or you will be waiting forever!

Ordered for my husband and had trouble with my order. Customer service was absolutely no help and took forever to reply. When they eventually did reply it was with vague, clearly copy and pasted responses that were not helpful in the slightest. When my order arrived the frame was wonky and the mat wouldn’t lay flat. Again was met with vague customer service responses that make it clear this business does not care about their consumers. Cheap product, I wish i didn’t fall for the scam to be met with disappointment!!

ORDER NEVER RECEIVED. I am afraid, this is a scam. My money were taken out on 25 Dec 24, today on 23 Jan 25 there is no sign of the order having been shipped out nor received. There is no phone number to reach them, they are not answering emails or messages on Instagram. I would think twice before falling for them and ordering their product ever again.

I purchased this product for my 2 yr old for Christmas. We went to set it up and after watching the instructional video we tried to set it up. The frame was all uneven, tilted and wobbly. It was poor quality and not playable. When i wrote to return it they said i was outnof the return window (by 3 days) and offered no consideration to it being a holiday gift and no offer to try and resolve the issue with the product. Do not by this we have many golf aids and games this one is a complete waste of money and terrible quality of product and customer service.

I bought this as a gift for my husband but he didnt want it. It was. Never opened and there website said they will take it back in resaleable condition. However, the fine print says ONLY up to 14 days. It was gift that didnt get opened right away. That return policy is too strict and now I have a stupid thing and wasted my money.

Absolutely awful customer service! We accidentally gave our previous address, and they are refusing to change the delivery address, saying it has been dispatched. I can see on the tracking it has not even been collected.

Ordered with plenty of time before my husbands birthday and nothing arrived. Chased delivery and they said it’s been lost in the warehouse. I spoke to the support at battle royale and they said they would order me a replacement. I did get confirmation that the replacement was ordered but again after a couple of weeks nothing had arrived and they kept saying it was on route. After a month of chasing they tell me that they are out of stock and no replacement has been sent. I said I wanted an immediate refund but over a week later have still not heard anything or received my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Nervous as to whether this was a real company, I paid by credit card, but after only one week, my new golf toy arrived.
Whilst the various associated websites have addresses in the US and UK, as is increasingly common, there were no phone numbers, which doesn't help with trust.
However, I can't fault the company or the product. Delivery was quick if from the US and fair if from the UK.

Ordered and paid extra for delivery before Father's day. Father's day has come and gone...no sign of product. Emailed to make them aware, got a generic response telling me it had been shipped. Checked tracking on shipment, still no update, just says 'it's been dispatched, give 24 hours to check status'...
Have emailed them twice now asking for a refund as the purpose of the present has now been rendered useless and I have not received a response. Starting to think this has been a scam? if not, very unprofessional and would never use them again. If it is a scam, bravo!

Never ever order from this company. Says 5-10 days delivery took 18. Says it’s based in the UK it’s not. Getting a returns address took 1 week and then it was to the USA. Cheapest postage £48 so you lose half your money. Total disgrace.
