I’m honestly really disappointed with BaubleBar. I bought two bracelets thinking I was getting something a little nicer since the price point is higher, but both of them tarnished within a week. Like… a week.
For something that’s not exactly cheap, I expected way better quality. The finish faded quickly and they already look worn out, which is frustrating because I barely even used them.
At this point, I’ve had better luck with jewelry from Amazon that costs way less and actually holds up longer.
Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered 3 pieces. Two necklaces and a bracelet with my name. All of the "gold" finish on all of my 6 letters has worn off. For the prices these pieces especially the bracelet should have lasted longer. High price tag low quality jewelry.

Terrible experience all around
Terrible experience and would never shop here again. I ordered a necklace with the name “CORA” and it clearly looks like “OORA”, so much so that their AI customer service agreed. Human customer service disagreed thus they will not fix the issue. I obviously cannot wear a necklace that looks ridiculous so it’s really unfortunate that my hard earned money will go to waste. I will never shop here again because their marketing is terrible (there are clear lines of separation between letters in their online images, but not in the necklace I received) and their customer service is even worse.
Gold overpowers the gems but good quality
customer service experience was 5 star. In terms of Nina necklace, I would give it maybe 4 stars. Reason is that the gold in the necklace is far more subdued in the photos but when you get it, it’s kind of hard to take your eye off the gold and it takes away from the gems, so it would be great if they could thin out the gold so that the color could stand out more. Good quality but it’s kind of like when you’re watching a band play and the guitarist is screeching over the singer and you just can’t hear the singer sing? Kind of like that.
5 star customer service
The bracelets we got were really beautiful but I unfortunately had an issue with one and Chani with customer service helped me so quickly it was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for the situation to be dealt with in a better way. Definitely earned a lifetime customer.

Love my personalized tote that I’m using for pickleball! The front pocket had weak stitching and tore but I reached out to their customer service # and Baublebar went above and beyond to replace the bag. Exceptional customer service that deserves a positive shout out and a super cute bag. Will definitely purchase again.

I have been shopping with Baublebar for probably 10 years now. I got a custom phone case as a gift (replacing the same one I had for over a year), within a month of use, the sides of the case have become completely discolored. I reached out to CS and was told this is "normal wear," after 1 single month of using it and costing $75, this is a joke of a response and so upsetting. I expected more from this company, my mistake.

I jumped on the BaubleBar trend and ordered a bunch of pieces. All said to be gold plated. The Olivia Collar necklace made my neck burn and itch after a few hours of wear inside to a show. Not outside sweating either. Inside a circus tent at night when it was 50s out. The Miley bracelet turned my wrist GREEN after I wore it to an event outside. Again, not a wet event or anything where I was sweating. Just normal event outside, chatting with people, and it was 70s out. MY WRIST IS GREEN!!! I’m so annoyed and disappointed and worst, their site doesn’t accept reviews or at least I couldn’t write one on any spot I could find. Now I’m getting ready for my Valentine’s Day dinner out and I have a green wrist and an itchy neck. I’m not even sure I can wear the rest of what I bought from them without issues going forward. I did get some pieces that said over sterling so I pray those work better but still, in 2026 after a few hours we shouldn’t have people turning green. I wanted some fun jewelry to mix into my real stuff so I could have a few more trendy pieces without spending a fortune.
Unfortunate turn of metals
I bought four bracelets for Christmas gifts and they have already turned and look horrible. Over half of the gold on the beads on the bracelets have worn off with everyday use. Unfortunately these were gifts for my daughters and now they can no longer wear and it’s only been a month an a half.

Terrible customer service
If I could give a minus I would. I ordered a custom Disney headband after Thanksgiving. It is so top heavy. It falls off if you move your head. I contacted customer service right away. 3 months and absolutely nothing has happened. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is terrible.

I’m from Canada and I ordered an item for my daughter. But I was struggling to get it back over the border to return it. She received two of the items.
BaubleBar was absolutely amazing to deal with. Their customer service was fantastic. They took care of me so well and also refunded my order.
I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered 2 (expensive!) totes that I chose to personalize. When i placed my order, I immediately realized that I had made a mistake with one of them. I IMMEDIATELY (within one minute of order confirmation) realized this mistake. I reached out via email (my only option, I could not call…) to ask for a correction to my order. I received confirmation that my email request had been received and to “please not send additional messages” in order to not complicate matters.
I waited for a response which I did not receive. I checked email a few times afterward to make sure I hadn’t missed anything.
I assumed that they had corrected my order and would make it right.
I just received my order and it is the original incorrect personalization.
I immediately reached out to customer service asking for a solution and they basically said tough luck- no returns -exchanges refunds/ changes you’re out of luck.
I explained my situation and was told, so sorry-not sorry.
