I ended up not getting the treatment because I budgeted for the original treatment plan and cost and when I arrived the cost doubled the first treatment plan payment doubled and I initially felt like it was a bait and switch. The staff was very nice and helpful but if my son wasn’t with me ai would have had a meltdown .I also couldn’t use my phone at the airport even though I bought an eSIM from the Holafly app It didn’t work . The staff did offer different treatment plans after the fact but they didn’t seem to understand that once you quote a price you should honor it . The package offered 5 days hotel included , but when they saw I couldn’t do the higher prices they told me amongst a great deal of rhetoric that I would have to pay for the hotel . so fine in Turkey all I got was a hotel where everyone smokes like chimney , a pen and an expression but no teeth . To be fair if you plan for the bait and switch you will be fine but if you are an American you will find it off putting even if they it is almost like having a used car salesman who is very nice until..,

As no X-ray was available before your arrival, you were informed in advance that the initial treatment plan and estimated cost could change following your clinical examination and diagnostic imaging. This is our standard procedure in such cases, as a definitive treatment plan cannot be established without a complete assessment.
After your face-to-face examination, our doctors found that your dental condition required a different treatment plan. The revised cost therefore reflected the treatment considered suitable for your actual dental health condition, rather than a change to a previously proposed treatment.
Our team also offered alternative treatment options in an effort to accommodate your circumstances. We respect your decision not to proceed and are sorry that the more suitable treatment recommended for your dental health condition was outside your planned budget.

I was left stranded at Istanbul…
I was left stranded at Istanbul airport. My phone doesn't work there. The person sent to pick me up must be too stupid to page someone from information desk. I spent nearly 2 days in the airport before going home. I will bet my last dollar that they will not try to correct this. I spent nearly $6000.00 for a busted trip. Thanks for nothing BAU

Thank you for your feedback. We take claims like this seriously. However, we must respectfully clarify that the situation described does not reflect our records.
Once you confirmed your visit, we arranged your full treatment journey and shared all details, including your transfer, hotel reservation, and itinerary, via WhatsApp and email several days before your arrival. Despite receiving no response, our team still went to the airport and waited for you at the agreed meeting point for three hours.
Around five hours after your flight landed, we received an email from you stating that you were stranded at the airport. We immediately made further attempts to contact you and arrange your transfer to the hotel, but again received no reply. We also continued trying to reach you by WhatsApp, email, and phone in the following days, but did not hear back.
All services had been fully arranged, and our team was present and prepared for your arrival. For this reason, we respectfully but firmly reject the characterization of our hospital as a scam.

My experience throughout my treatment was up to a high standard. I was provided an English translator and one who dealt with all my schedules and ensuring I understood every procedure. I recommend him (Mr Araz).
I had a tooth surgery and the doctor who did the surgery was very highly skilled, he took note of every small detail which made my healing process so smooth as he did the surgery with high expertise. The doctor's name is Dr Attila Vural and his team, I really appreciate it.

The people were great, very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The hotel accommodations were excellent. Didn’t have to beg for anything just ask and they deliver. Professional, competent, and friendly staff and doctors
From the moment I entered BAU Dental Hospital, I was impressed by the cleanliness and light-filled lobby of the facility. I was immediately greeted by a smiling receptionist who referred me to a member of the International Patient Center team. The team members speak several languages each such as English, Arabic, Russian, and Turkish. They guided me through the registration process, took me to meet the doctor, who also spoke very good English, and then met me after my consultation. I followed up with two more visits whiich were also professionally handled and my dental problems were solved. Thank you for all your help.

VERY PROFESSIONAL
I just finished my treatment with BAU dental Hospital and have been impressed by alot of things.
1. Interpersonal customer relations. I was supported by Sami and Hawah. There team is so vibrant and very informative. They proactively made sure that all the information I needed to know for my treatment was availed. They consistently made sure they explained all the details from the dentists where understood. My stay was flawless.
2. The TREATMENT. All the medical practitioner consistently and thoroughly examined my dental structures through multiple scans of all sorts. This gave me confidence to know that they would make the best decision on what I needed. In my scenario, they recommended even a better resolution than I initially sought. Their attention to detail was unmatched. And reviews have been structured already to see my progress giving me confidence that I am well supported.
