Website is not working. No response to my inquiries.

Since I signed up and trying to verify my information like my address and phone number, the login page never exist and it shows that maintenance is still going on!

Guys, if such maintenance takes a couple of months plus not able to verify phone number (No SMS OTP could be delivered nor a verification call for an unknown reason despite of many online complaints and emails to the customer support) it means this broker doesn't exist!

Serious brokers fix their technical issues during a single weekend but this broker still showing that maintenance is going on for more than 2 months!

Customer service is non-existent and I am totally unable to connect to the client. Awful experience, they do not answer to mails nor in chatbots. Plus the email was super hidden to even find

Tried to do live chat so many times no operators available tried to send email no respond tried to send whatsapp no response how can we deposit yet there are no people communicate to clients

Doesn't respond to my emails neither to their support! Imagine wanting to withdraw my money how long it will take them to respond.. Be careful of this broker! Contact them multiple times to ask if baxia markets deposit bonus has safety of funds with bonus if i lose my overall capital through trades

This broker is not honest. In term of verification process they will fak up your account. I dont know how many fake reviews written here giving them a good service. First I try to verify my account, then in the email said I need to upload ID. I reupload the same ID after few hours they email me saying my ID approved. But my phone did not. They ask me to verify my phone number but i keep on asking for the code and never received until now. I want to ask live support but its been few days and nobody answer my request. Imagine if you guys asking for withdrawal, I am sure they wont entertain with withdrawal. This is the real scam broker

I submitted my withdrawal request on May 28, 2024, at 21:14, and was informed that the processing time would be approximately two business days. However, it has now been several days beyond the expected timeframe, and today I received my funds.

The delay in processing my withdrawal has been concerning, especially given that the funds are urgently needed. I have reached out to the support team for an update and clarification on the reasons for this delay, but have not received a satisfactory response.

Lekker execution, low spread, top service! Been trading with them for about 6 mos. and they've became my go-to trading broker now.

i had a trade that was running in 630 usd profit. i tried to close the trade but couldn't. i was eventually able to close the trade but instead of receiving my total profit, the broker only gave me 235 usd. i have complain and they told me they would fix it, its getting to a week now and support isn't replying me anymore.

i also have a trade that was on 70 usd profit, broker refuse me to close the trade. i tried everything i could to close the trade but it didn't work. i complained to support and we both tried everything he suggested to close the trade but it didn't work. i couldn't close my trade. support said i shouldn't worry, that he has transferred me to financial team that would reply in 6 hours time and if anything happens to the trade, they would take responsibility for it. financial team fixed the problem 7 hours later when the trade is against me. i have been waiting for response to get my profit paid to me. no response. i had a videos recorded of everything that happened and all evidence needed which i forwarded to the support email but i still haven't gotten feedback.

i need my money back.
