BBK has been consistent in the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. With many businesses, trying to make contact and get through to the right person is often frustrating. This has never been the case with BBK. No matter what time of day, we always get a response, mostly in person or, sometimes a text message to say a return call will be made as soon as possible - and it always is. We value this highly. Both Mr. Shah and Mr. Langley are conscientious in resolving problems and providing appropriate advice. It's been a real pleasure to work with them.
