I was looking for a broker who understood property investing that i could build a long term relationship with. BB Mortgages have been everything i had hoped for. James is a knowledgeable and experienced advisor who understands what i'm trying to achieve. He has been responsive and his team provide great back up in an efficient manner.

Took a little bit of time, but you got me over the line. My previous experience to this have all been good.

From start to finish I received a professional and smooth service from BB Mortgages! After an unsuccessful first attempt at buying my first home (right at the start of the pandemic) I was left feeling deflated and wondering if buying a home was something I would ever be able to do - until I contacted James at BB Mortgages, who from the very beginning offered a great deal of help and assistance to getting me on the property ladder. The whole team has a fantastic amount of knowledge and professionalism and were there to help me at every step if I needed it - which was really useful for me as a first time buyer! We worked with Dean from BB mortgages and he was amazing in helping us get our mortgage. We approached BB mortgages needing an extremely quick turn around which they were able to do for us and made it look easy. The communication between Dean and ourselves was first class and every step was explained, including exactly how and when it would happen. Dean also spent a lot of time with us to make sure that he applied for a mortgage with a lender which would best suit our needs. We are now in our dream home and can’t thank them enough, we will never go anywhere else for mortgage services now.
