The renewal took way too long to process. I applied on Thursday and the funds didn't get into the account until Tuesday.

It was confusing
It was confusing. First they said no then they said yes and they are taking the first payment on a day I don't get paid, even though I told them I get paid on certain days. But they are fast.

Very invasive
Started the application.
They kept asking for more and more proof and documentation.
Fine. No problem! Provided all they asked for
They have access to my bank account plus my pay stubs but they said they have to call my employer to verify my details and all my references. Even after I have submitted 3 months worth of bank statements and CURRENT paystubs
This is VERY invasive
I found their requirements to be approved for a $200 loan very invasive.
This was for an emergency and they weren’t getting back to me fast enough and told me after I submit all my documents it will take them another week to review.
I cancelled my application.
Applied with another company and my pay stubs and bank statements and names of supervisors were enough and got my loan within 24 hours. Very very invasive company

The fact that they have to call your employer to ask those intrusive questions is a hugh turn off. And this is for $500. What if it was a $1000?. It's was too much and too intrusive. Note that you provide Bank Statement, ID payslip, utility bill reference.
