Initially I needed information & help with legal representation.
I phoned & spoke to Patrick whom was very helpful in understanding my needs. I was then introduced to Jamie who took control of my case & acted promptly & efficiently...was also very helpful in guiding myself as I was very limited in understanding the legalities.

Prompt responsive advice
I needed some urgent advice regarding a dispute at work. Jamie was extremely prompt in responding to our initial query, and then dropped everything to review lots of documentation and provide us with what we needed to get the outcome we had hoped for.

Highly reassuring and professional during a difficult time! Trustworthy!
I was so nervous after my accident, especially because it happened at work during the challenging times of covid. Being left without any income was incredibly stressful, and although friends and family encouraged me to make a claim, I was hesitant. I didn't think it would go well, but then I found Jamie online from BCM Law.
From our first conversation, he was honest, reassuring, and true to his word.
Jamie took the time to explain every step of the process and always kept me updated, which really helped eased my anxiety. What I thought would be a never-ending ordeal was resolved after a couple of years, and I ended up with compensation that was double what I expected. Jamie handled everything promptly and made sure my needs were always addressed. I am incredibly greatful and beyond pleased with my first experience with him - no issues at all.
