Doctor’s experience is very important
I chose this clinic based on a recommendation from a friend who had previously received implant treatment here. I traveled from Japan for my dental care, so feeling comfortable and well informed was especially important for me.
During my treatment, Dr. Elif explained each step clearly and answered my questions in a calm and professional manner. This helped me feel reassured throughout the process. Her approach was attentive and made the experience much easier than I had expected.
I would also like to thank Duygu for her support with communication and appointment scheduling. She was responsive and helpful from the beginning, which made everything run smoothly, especially coming from abroad.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I was satisfied with the care and service I received at this clinic.
