Quick response and great price - highly recommend BDSA Darwin
I have compared the price with other surveyors and found BDSA charge a more reasonable price for the same depreciation value.

Efficient, Speedy and Clear
George from start to finish was helpful, efficient and speedy. He told me everything I needed to know within the first 2 minutes of our call. I responded within 24hrs and he crafted our Depreciation Schedule within 72hrs.
My favourite thing, which is so difficult to come by, was if he said he would email, he did. If he gave me a deadline, he committed to it. Even down to the depreciation report coming in at 9pm because he gave me a deadline of that day.
This was by far my best dealing with a QS and possibly any construction/property service provider.
