I have purchased weighted blankets from other manufacturers in the past and they haven't lived up to expectations. But I reached out to Bearby at the urging of the friend and the first thing that struck me was how great their service was/is and then I purchased the Tree Napper. HOME RUN!!! Great product, weight and cooling. 100% of what I wanted.

I am a 5"6 170lb man and got the 15lb Cotton Napper. Unfortunately, it wasn't for me.

The weight was fun and the surface was soft and nice, but I didn't like the narrowness. I guess I'm used to sleeping under a blanket that covers the whole bed and didn't like that in being under the Napper, my arms would stick out to the sides and stuff.

I also didn't like gaps/holes/breathability that the thick stitches left. It felt like I wasn't quite being covered, if that makes sense.

This of course was just my experience though. Others very well might not mind the narrowness or gaps.

The blanket and the customer service were top notch. Blanket was definitely high quality in feel, weight and weaving. I tried for a few nights and I just sleep too hot, not the blankets issue nor the company. I reached out and with a prompt reply (over the weekend toboot) I was able to return the blanket.

This company is deceitful. Their tencel blanket is falsely advertised and contains a small amount of tencel, about 10%. You cannot see that information on their website. They lie and state it is 52% but thats the outside. The bulk of the blanket is on the inside and it's 100% cotton. I received a 10% off coupon for ANY WEIGHTED BLANKET yet the company then says to me, oh it doesn't apply to sale items. There are no details stating that anywhere. LIES and Manipulation by this GREEDY company. KARMA will get you.

The customer service representative I spoke with (Patricia) was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took great care with my query and found the perfect resolution.

As for the blanket, it’s been two nights and I could not love it more than I do. It is the perfect weight and outperforms the beaded weighted blankets, in my opinion. I bought the Tencel napper and it is incredible. It’s cool enough to layer over my top sheet and light comforter. I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time.

I love getting in bed under my Bearaby blanket every night! It is so cozy and I am getting higher sleep scores on my Apple Watch.

The quality is exceptional. You can feel the craftsmanship immediately. The weight distribution is perfect, the fabric feels incredible, and it has noticeably improved my sleep and overall comfort in such a short amount of time.

What truly stands out is the impact. Within a week, I’ve experienced meaningful changes in my tension levels and overall nervous system regulation, and that’s not something I say lightly. The value this product is already bringing me genuinely exceeds the price point.

Customer service and attention to detail reflect the same level of care as the product itself, and that matters.

I’ve been telling everyone I know about this blanket and actively recommending it. I would absolutely love to explore opportunities to advocate for and promote your product more formally. I believe in it, and I think more people deserve to know about it.

Very good customer support. Quick responses. The product is top-notch. Shipping times are a little bit quicker than average, but not as fast as Amazon. The website and company are legit. I’ve gotten weighted blanket and bamboo sheets from them.

I was gifted a cotton Napper blanket and my 8 year old grandson loves it. I ordered a Nappling for him as he was not getting mine! Website was easy to navigate and make decision.

I had not heard of Bearaby before I saw it as a request on a bridal shower registry. After I ordered the products I was amazed and kept them for myself and ordered the new couple another set. I am now on my third purchase and if you want a good nap, you will get yourself a tree napper or an ocean napper or any of their blankets, neckwarmers, etc. They are wonderful and you will go right to sleep. I don’t know how I hadn’t had one before now!

Not only are the Cuddlers phenomenal, but the customer service received when I followed up was stellar!

Before getting this weighted blanket, the last time i fell asleep on the couch was when i was a kid. Fast forward to 15 years later and i passed out minutes after putting this on. The best part is its heavy and warm but still ventilated enough for airflow and keeps the fabric cool!

I was never a daytime napper before I tried this weighted blanket - I just couldn't relax during the day thinking about everything I needed to get done. From the first time I put on the Napper, that changed! I found my whole body relaxing and my stress practically melting away! Now I use the Bearaby blanket for naps almost every day. It's like pressing an instant sleep button! I will add that it is definitely the perfect weighted blanket for a hot sleeper like me, because air can flow through it all night long, and the natural fabric doesn't make me hot or sweaty.

My order was delivered much quicker than anticipated, which is always a great start. I bought the 20 pound weighted blanket and could not be happier! Before buying this blanket my sleep was a disaster: I couldn't get to sleep, couldn't stay asleep, woke up feeling more tired than when I went to sleep, all of it. I had tried melatonin and valerian root with no success. So, I turned to Bearby, and my sleep changed *immediately*. The first night I had it, I slept through the night, and even if I woke up, I was able to go right back to sleep. I've had my Bearaby for about three weeks and my sleep is completely different. I would never have thought that a *blanket* would be what changed my sleep. Absolutely love it, already eyeing up my next Bearaby purchase.

Super helpful; I asked how to wash, and they responded quickly.

I had a great experience purchasing a weighted blanket from Bearaby. The website is informative and user friendly, and the support team is responsive and helpful. The representative answered my questions and guided me to a blanket that is ideal for me, even though it was not the one I had my eye on at first. I love my weighted blanket and have been experiencing improved sleep because of it.

I really like my Bearaby blanket and sleep mask. Both products are very well crafted and finished, exactly what you would expect from a premium brand. The materials feel high-quality and comfortable, and they make my nights more restful.

At the beginning there was a small issue with the delivery and one item was missing. However, thanks to the helpful and responsive customer support, the missing product was sent to me quite quickly. Overall, a great product and a very positive experience.

I purchased a Bearby product on January 6th. No shipping notification followed for over a month, so I reached out to support on February 9th. The item was only shipped on February 11th, after my inquiry, and the package arrived on March 9th: 62 days after purchase.

For a brand positioning itself in the luxury segment with pricing to match, this timeline is simply not acceptable.

Beyond the delay, the support experience raised more serious concerns:
I was told the item was a pre-order, despite no such designation appearing on the product page at the time of purchase.
When I followed up on tracking, I was told the shipment had arrived in my country. When I provided evidence contradicting this, the response was that it had been a "typo."
After acknowledging the poor experience and agreeing to a partial refund as compensation, the resolution offered was a minor discount percentage equivalent to a standard newsletter sign-up promotion.

Each of these points individually might be an isolated mistake. Together, they reflect a pattern of reactive communication, inaccurate information, and commitments that were not honored.

Luxury brands command premium prices on the basis of product quality and the experience surrounding it. Bearby delivers neither the service standards nor the customer accountability that justifies its price point.

I will not be purchasing from them again and I cannot recommend them.
