Lovely, personal gift
The process was easy and there were plenty of options to choose to make the gift personal. The recipient absolutely loved her gift and it all looked pretty. There were lots of little touches that made it very special. It is good value for money. I highly recommend this company.

An Outstanding Business
My experience with Bear Hugs was outstanding. I had a large order to make in a relatively short timeframe, but nothing was too much trouble for Jared. Communication was excellent - I was updated every step of the way; their questions were thorough to ensure my order was exactly as required; the order arrived in good time - lovely and careful packaging. And on top of that, the product itself was perfect. Great quality favours and a big hit with the recipients. I can’t say thank you enough. I fully recommend Bear Hugs and I will be repeating my custom!

Well the sticker was stuck to the envelope of the card I wanted to use but they were happy to send me a new one straight away ,

Thanks so much for your review - it's helpful to know that we could give a few more options for customers who are looking to order just a greetings card from us rather than a gift box. We'll definitely be taking your feedback on board. Since you provided a personalised message to be included in your greetings card, we added this to the inside of the card and then sealed the envelope for you with one of our decorative stickers before popping it in an outer protective envelope so that it could be ready to be handed to your recipient when it reached you. But we appreciate it might have been useful for there to have been an option to let us know that that you wanted to be able to open the card still despite having provided a message. I'm glad we were able to resolve this for you by sending a replacement and will aim to make sure things are much smoother sailing in future! 🤍
Carefully crafted gifts with love
Originally found this company through the Anti-Charity Shop. Applied for and won a free Hug box for a loved one which was very appreciatively received. Came back recently to pay for another box for the same person and the quality has only gone up. I loved the ability to craft your own box from scratch so each item is made for the receiver. The box itself having arms to "hug" as you open it up is an adorable detail. One of my favourite small businesses to support
