Very very bad quality, definitely I don't recommend this product at all I bought beats fit pro the quality for sound bad, when I am talk on Bluetooth always there is bad noise and people complain about the quality of the sound,at the same time never ever charge full maximum 94% stay away from this product

What everyone said! Rubbish!

Bought the Beats Pro headphones. Nothing but issues with them. Returned the first set, wish I returned the second/replacement’s. They have issues charging in the box and when you go to put them on they have an issue connecting (always one side). Good sound when they work, I wish the company would address the charging issues and maybe provide an alternative plug in option to charge.

Powerbeats pro bought in June 2023 for £179. These are the absolutely biggest waste of money I have ever encountered. The first pair wouldn't charge after 10 months and were returned to Currys. I was given them back after repair but they were clearly a replacement pair. These now charge but the left doesn't connect. Complete waste of money, pitiful quality, and if I could give a zero star I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid these at all costs.

Powerbeats Pro do not connect to any of my devices after a year and are now not covered by Apple warranty. I was instructed by apple to bring them to my nearest Apple repair centre and quoted €285 to fix plus €30 to get them back even if not going through with gettingthem fixed! An absolute joke! Apple are making money in every which way charging premium prices for a most certainly NOT premium product! Such time and money wasted on this!

Great headphones expect the fact their only 3 years old and 1 ear bud keeps disconnecting when fully charged tbh should be refunded or replace the item considering they were over 300 fkn dollars

shi*tty overpriced earbuds ! you don't pay the quality, you pay the brand, i maybe have used it less than 50 times in 5 years and it does even charging up now

I bought earbuds for 179 pounds that were supposed to be sweat and water resistant. They were intermittent in charging from the start. I kept them clean and dry and wiped them after every use. I sent them back after about 12 uses for repair. I got told by Apple that they are no longer under warranty as the contact shows liquid corrosion. To be clear, this contact is the outside of the buds that are supposed to be water and sweat resistant. Apple customer services are really awful. Absolutely woeful product. I am currently pursuing the legal process to get my money back.

Poor quality ear buds. Bought them for myself for Christmas. Very unimpressed with these. Expensive buds that are no better than cheap buds. Constantly cutting out, one fails to connect all the time, if I am more than 5 ft from my phone they seem to glitch kinda like a skipping cd. Nobody can hear me if I use them to make phone calls. Not impressed at all, I was looking for good quality ear buds and in my opinion, these are certainly not worth the money.

Really disappointed with Beats Studio Buds, couldn’t believe how poor quality the sound was on these, especially for the price. A pair of €10 buds would be as good.
Returned these within a few days and went for another brand.

I used to love their headphones, I have had a few of them and it was really good. Obviously the name is also important since Dr.Dre was the face of the brand.

I bought my Beats headphones with my birthday money. The sound in the right ear stopped after 18 months and I was told this was a common error. Too expensive to have them repaired and Apple told me not to bother.
Poor quality device that looks great but are actually rubbish. Very disappointed as I only wore them three days per week for around 10 minutes so their durability is useless.

I have a pair of Beats PowerBeats Pro ear buds which do provide good sound isolation and acceptable audio quality. Recently I contacted Beats support because I needed replacement ear tips because the original ones were wearing out. After a chat session which took way longer than it should I was quoted $9.95 for one silicon replacement ear tip. Not a pair and not a set of three different size pairs. Nope, just one and I could buy a set of 4 different size pair on Amazon for $7.95. I then realized that not only does Beats not want to sell you replacement anything. They basically discourage it with high prices. Much like anything today, Beats would rather sell me a new pair of Beats ear buds. I am no save the planet sort of guy, but I certainly believe it does not help the planet to encourage people to toss products simply based of the ideal that even the most basic repairs should be discouraged and to incentivize consumers to just buy a new product. This also goes back to Apple's own products as well which now owns Beats. Many Apple products are hardly made to be repaired easily or cheaply. When you claim to sell premium products like from Beats or Apple. You should expect buyers of these products would like to use them for a respectable amount of time. With that provide, good after sale support of wearable items to continue to use a product longer. Sadly, products of all types have become throwaway items that tend to discourage making any attempt to fix them.

O det otroligt dåliga är att jag har köpt två par först på netonet då det strula skicka jag tillbaka/reklamera dom och köpte ett par nya på media Markt och exakt samma sak är det med dom. Sjukt tråkigt när en helt ny produkt inte funkar två gånger lär verkligen inte köpa dom en tredje gång även fast dom väldigt sköna dom ska ju funka också!

Studio buds: hard to put in, always about to fall out whichever way you pit them in. Sometimes they somehow get magnetised and won't fit back in the charger. Also, terrible high pitched whistling nosie whenever on ANC or ambient, which makes them pretty useless- there are chat posts on this issue, many have it and nobody can solve it, and Apple is of course silent

Review of Beats Studio 3 - after 18months the headphone material all peels off and becomes brittle and like many other users the quality and reliability of these headphones are poor.

So many crap products made in China that don't last

Literally broke 20 days after one year warranty. Not saying apple has done something like this and there was a giant lawsuit but…

Due volte acquistati Auricolari Beats X e Beats Flex: la prima volta dopo 13 mesi un malfunzionamento li ha resi inutilizzabili e, non essendo più coperti dalla garanzia da parte del produttore (limitata a 12 mesi per acquisti online), la richiesta per la riparazione era quasi equivalente alla spesa per l’acquisto di un Beats Flex. Scelgo dunque di acquistare ex-novo il modello Beats Flex presso un retailer per assicurarmi la garanzia di 24 mesi. Anche in questo caso dopo 13 mesi il dispositivo cessa di funzionare. Fortunatamente la copertura della garanzia mi ha permesso di ricevere la sostituzione ma ho il fervido timore che tra 13 mesi dovrò ricomprarmi un nuovo paio di auricolari bluetooth… sicuramente questa volta non a marchio Beats.

My son has had 7 pairs of Beats over 9 years. The in ear wireless and wired buds still work after 2 years plus as do the wireless solos. But the noise cancelling studio 3s, which are by far the most expensive, break quite easily where the headphones fold in between usage. He has broken 2 pairs so far ( he is a pro musician and uses them in a studio). His Bose headphones have worked continuously for 5 years plus and were cheaper than the Beats and the sound quality is fantastic. I’m just leaving this review so that people who are trying to save up hundreds of pounds for Beats Studio 3s think carefully.

I got the Beats Studio Buds
They look cool and the sound quality is really good. I can easily tune out outside noise with the ANC, which works flawlessly, and the bass is really good. Just dont turn up the sound all the way💀
