Beau Gems Reviews

Spencer was great to deal with, great service, relaxed and friendly. I will definitely be back to buy further watches in the future!

Great all round service. They offer before you even ask - reserving/holding goods, discount and coffee.

I just cannot thank Beau Gems enough for helping my husband to deliver the best Christmas present ever. With the help of the fabulous team at Beau Gems, he chose a beautiful diamond eternity ring. They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband got the ring in time for Christmas. He has told me that he could not fault their professionalism and expertise, with customer service that was outstanding. Thank you so much to you all. We will certainly not hesitate to shop with you again!

We had a great experience using Beau gems for the replacement of an engagement ring through damage. So nice to be dealing with the same people throughout the process, and very pleased with the item they found for us. Will definitely be using them next time husband decides he wants a new watch! Thanks.

True professionalism throughout the process.

All in all, from payment to watch on my arm - 4 days. Note I live in Sweden!

Mr Miserotti at Beaugems gives an incredibly serious and reassuring impression. My mail was always answered promptly and I always got hold of Mr Miserotti over the phone.

I highly recommend Beaugems and Mr Miserotti.

It is always a pleasure to deal with everyone at Beau Gems - the absolute opposite of a "hard sell". They are friendly, informative and clearly expert, and provide all the support you could wish in order to make a decision on a purchase. Their after-sales service is also to be commended.

I have found the team helpful and knowledgeable and willing to listen to the needs of the customer

Excellent service. Would recommend this shop

I got my fiancée's engagement ring in this shop. They provide a very efficient service. I particularly liked they flexibility when they accepted to change the mounting of the stone. Very pleasant experience overall.

They do have nice watches as well

Beautiful Cartier watches, latest models in stock, very knowledgeable friendly service.

Having looked for a dress watch to add to my modest collection for a while I came across Beau Gems. Wonderful shop and even better service from Spencer and his colleagues. Welcoming, friendly and with no pressure over two visits. I settled on a Parmigiani Tonda 1950, which are not for sale in many places but was on my shortlist and the buying experience was second to none. I am delighted with the new timepiece and thoroughly recommend the staff and service at Beau Gems.

Couldn't have asked for better service from the team at Beau Gems.
The shop is lovely and gets my highest recommendation.
Hopefully our paths will cross again and we can do some more business.
It was a pleasure!

Exeptional service with good advice in terms of knowledge and cost of products.

I would fully recommend beau gems to friends and family.

I had not bought from Beau Gems prior to my Rolex purchase. Spencer was helpful throughout and even opened the shop a bit early to fit in with my schedule. The watch was 100% as described and very well priced for a market where the weak £ has seen prices hiked. Great buying experience......and wont be the last.
