Fabulous friendly and helpful family business from quality of their products, ease of placing an order through to delivery. My purchase was delayed by RM Christmas deliveries pressures. and was time critical as I am due to go away and my purchase is a Christmas gift. Karen was brilliant her response was professional and caring. Karen personally monitored RM right up to my purchase being delivered. I ordered the GloLift neck and face rejuvenator and heated eyelash curler. Fabulous products and rapid delivery. Now bought my daughter in law the GloLift as she tried mine and loved it too.

Had two hair dryers first one faulty. Sent back replaced and that one didn’t work either. Still waiting for my refund. You will have received the dryer back it was tracked 48 and was sent Sunday it’s now Friday

I purchased the Glolift. The site was easy to navigate. I made the purchase and it was delivered very quickly. So far, Beautaholics service has been A1. The product and it's effectiveness isn't something I can comment on, until I've used it for some time.

The product will have charge when sent to you. You need to press and hold for it to switch on. Our customer service team have reached out to you via email.
