A shipment from order #5850 is on the way This is a untrusted website on 24th March it’s now 22nd April

I placed on 24th March 2026, they took my money knowing full well they did not have the item in stock. No notification, no update. Now I have to go to my credit card issuer to get back my money 😔

I won a freebie on instagram, my prize was delivered 2 days later. It was a bottle of Glacier Water Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I must admit my skin feels really soft and cleansed after using it.
Five stars from me and I highly recommend both Company and product!

When the package went astray, Staff immediately sent a replacement

Quick delivery of order, but one of the two items was missing from box.
Have emailed the support centre but have yet to receive a response.
Disappointing as this was my first order placed.

They dont delivery timely and even cant contact with them and dont reply the query as well. It was said next day delivery but j cant even track my delivery on shop

Payment taken, no product received, no communication, only when I stated I was speaking to postal services, bank and taking my frustration further, did I get some acknowledgment, yes it’s a refund of my money, however, it’s cost me as if I were working in my job for three hours or more at 20.00 an hour it’s cost me 60.00 of my time plus the stress, so all I have gained is nothing but frustration and stress from this company, so BE AWARE, buy your beauty products elsewhere !!

Took my money, product never received, no reply to email either... shocking!! Finally had a reply and a full refund... thank you!!

Update: Beaut Flo contacted me, and as they had no updates from the courier they offered me a full refund. I think that's above and beyond customer service, I'm really impressed!

The shopping experience was great and a good selection of products with reasonable prices, but 2 working days later and no update on shipping. Granted it said delivery 2-3 working days but surely it would be despatched already? Anyway, will happily update this score of it arrives on time

I ordered two hand washes but only one arrived, which I was unsure about at first. I contacted customer service and Lilly was extremely helpful and resolved the issue straight away. She arranged for the missing hand wash to be resent with next-day delivery. Excellent customer service and very quick to sort — thank you!

Not received YET, having put this response as Emily promised I was contacted and offered a Refund or a next day replacement! I know have the product and thank their team for excellent service.

The item was delivered on time, it was well packaged & clearly labelled.
If the right product became available, I wouldn't hesitate to use Beaut Flo again.
