I've had my Beautifect case for a little over a year, and had a slight issue with the lights. I contacted Beautifect, and was called by Samantha extremely quickly and despite my case being out of warranty, they were more than happy to take my case in for repairs all for free. I absolutely love the item, and the customer service is top notch to boot.

This is a beautiful way of organising make up, especially for traveling. It's well made, and really cute. The mirror and light are its defining features though and very good quality, making getting ready in the day or evening a pleasure. I appreciate it's expensive but still good value for money and i think it will last for many years. And customer service has been super; very quick, and very helpful. Happy to recommend

Best customer service I've ever received! I ordered as a gift for someone and reached out to see if gift wrap was an option. Although its not something advertised they went above and beyond and sourced some gift wrap, beautifully wrapped everything and provided a bespoke gift bag too and still managed next day delivery! The team were fantastic to deal with, their response times are amazing you really feel like you are being looked after which cannot be said for many other retailers at the moment! I was so impressed that I went and ordered a Beautifect Box for myself and received a complimentary Blender too. Everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be purchasing again!

This case is absolutely amazing best thing I bought in a long time I loved it that much I bought a 2nd one for makeup and one for my Lashify everything you need in one case with light and handle to make it easier to carry the light lasts for ages would 💯 recommend you won’t be disappointed

I purchased the beautifect box, it is beautiful, well thought out and a super luxury item. The delivery was unbelievably fast and from the minute it arrived to the packaging it felt very special. My husband then bought me the bag to carry it it, again wonderful item and delivery was next day. I cannot praise this company enough.

Absolutely love this product, I have one myself which I take everywhere with me, I ordered one for my daughter in New Zealand and it arrived so quickly. Amazing 5 star product should be on everyone’s wish list for Xmas 🎅

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a very long time. Not only does it look stunning but the design and practicality are amazing. I had got fed up of the clear makeup boxes taking up so much space on my dressing table and bathroom but couldn’t find anything that would replace them but look fabulous too. Then Beautifect popped up on my Instagram. Already, I don’t know how I managed without it. To be able to store my makeup in one place and then to put it on anywhere I choose, thanks to the perfect lighting is an absolute joy. I’ve already had several compliments on how good my makeup looked. I also purchased the tote so I could carry the case in it when travelling. All I can say is the pictures, beautiful as they are, don’t do the pair justice. Together they look like a designer bag! I am truly blown away by this wonderful product and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I recently purchased the make up box and I love it. The mirror and lighting options are so effective and the product is very robust.

Great for putting you make up on while your on the go, you will no be disappointed and the customer service is amazing.

I saw Beautifect on Instagram and decided to treat myself. I’m so please I did as it is stunning, I went for white and it looks gorgeous on my dressing table.
The case is well made, easy to charge, and the light is amazing! It’s feels so luxurious getting ready using it. I can’t wait to use it when I travel.

This box fits all my daily essentials ! I can do my makeup and skin care wherever and I’m in love. The different light settings are perfect for even doing my touch ups at the office during the day

I always wanted the Beautifect box and when i finally got mine roughly 2 months ago, I have been loving it since!

So easy and tidy to store all your make up in.

Very travel friendly as well and not once has it been damaged, looks brand new!

Light settings are also great and adjustable depending on what room light you are in.

My dressing table is now redundant!
It is packaged beautifully and would make a stunning gift, but this one I’m keeping!!

Amazing after care service from Samantha had a issue with my box and a new one was shipped out without any hassle and the old one collected

Absolutely love my beautifect box. I fell in love as soon as I saw it on Instagram. It is so useful whether you’re using it at home, in the car, at work - or on holiday. The different light settings make it even more useful and you know you will get your makeup perfect with these. Love how you can store your daily items inside it. Everything looks so aesthetically pleasing!

I treated myself to this beauty box earlier this year, I love everything about it.
I recently had cause to contact customer service, they were amazing and dealt with my issue promptly and with courtesy and efficiency.

Absolutely LOVE my Beautifect Box! I waited to purchase for a while and wish I didn't it’s beautiful! The lighting is so impressive and finally I've actually organised my makeup properly. The quality is outstanding and the customer service was brilliant. Really recommend and will be purchasing from again!

Horrible!!! This is an extremely cheap quality product and it shows, and yet they still deducted £10 from my refund for the return. Shocking and disgusting!! I’m warning everyone I know in person and online against this product!

I've been a pro makeup artist for over 30 years so it takes a lot to impress me. I'm in love with this clever little portable makeup studio! I'm often making people up in dark studios or hotel rooms with sub-par lighting and the light with the adjustable colour temperature in this box is genius. I love the magnetic magnifying mirror too which is so handy the way it sticks to the main mirror and just allows you to get makeup on in good light absolutely anywhere! It's such a sleek, professional looking box and keeps what I need to take tidy and hygienic. I've spilled things in it and it wipes clean beautifully. I would highly recommend this. Would make an excellent present as well.

I absolutely love the beautifect box, it is incredibly well constructed and I love the lighting aspect to this design. Very portable with room for everything you would need. I would not hesitate to recommend this company they are first class.
When I first received the box I had an issue with the plug, so I emailed the customer service, I received a phone call from the company to help sort out the issue. This was promptly resolved and a new plug was sent out for the following day. Fantastic company and amazing concept. The quality of the mirror and the magnifying mirror is really outstanding.
