As a bloke, and because it's a small venue . It was just me and Janna. That helped me enjoy the experience. Personal, one to one .

Janna is a lovely Lady who makes you feel welcome. I always enjoy my treatment with her. Treatments are good value and make you feel great on leaving.

I go to Janna for everything! My brows, nails, waxing, facials and my all time favourite a massage 😍 I have always struggled with my back and being in pain, since going regularly to Janna, I am in less pain and she has helped me all round. Every treatment I have, I leave happy, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been playing with the idea of Botox for some time so I contacted Janna at beauty base Derby for advice on next steps. She has been so amazing she never tried to over sell to me and actually really lifted me up about myself. She went through everything with me and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my “ tweakments “ as she so fondly called them . She is warm and inviting and been nothing but professional start to finish. I am already highly recommending her to my friends. Thank you so much Janna.

I recently had a sports massage with beauty base (Janna ) , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Janna made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my specific concerns and areas of tension.

The treatment itself was excellent — firm, targeted, and clearly tailored to my needs. They demonstrated great knowledge of muscle groups and how to relieve deep tension, particularly in my shoulders and lower back. I left feeling significantly looser, lighter, and with improved range of motion.

What really stood out was their professionalism and expertise. They explained what they were doing throughout the session and offered helpful aftercare advice to prevent further strain.

If you’re looking for an effective, results-driven sports massage from a skilled and knowledgeable therapist, I would absolutely recommend Janna ,I’ll definitely be booking again!

Ive been going to Janna for several years. I regularly have my nails done and last year ventured into botox & filler. I was apprehensive and wanted to ensure I looked natural. Janna did an amazing job and I have been really happy with my results. I even had my lips done, plenty of numbing cream was used and Janna made sure I was comfortable throughout, again really happy with my results. My friends have also started visiting Janna for eyebrow tattooing and nails. Down to earth and friendly.

I have been going to Beauty Base for over 1.5 years for waxing. I find Janna to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely skilled in her practice. She instantly puts me at ease with her warmth and humour, and makes me feel like a valued customer every time.

I've been coming to Janna for years. Very friendly and professional. Wouldn't let anyone else touch my eye brows. Very good prices for quality work.

Unprofessional to say the least.. I asked janna very kindly for my money back as the full £31 was taken out of my bank account for a hybrid lash infill 4 days before my before my appointment. I’ve been to janna for 2 years and always booked though her online booking system and paid through online banking on the day of my appointment and never once let her down with payment and always showed up for my appointments. I was also told by janna when using her new booking link the money will NOT be taken out of my bank account putting my bank details in was just to secure my slot of my money would be safe.. so I was very confused to why the full £31 was taken out 4 days before my appointment when I was told that definitely wouldn’t happen. I explained to janna I wasn’t expecting the full £31 to be taken and she explained it was a “small deposit” janna then told me it was business and nothing personal and then told there was nothing she could do to help me And I would of had to pay on the day anyway.. which would of been fine because I was prepared to pay on the day not 4 days before my appointment when I was again promised that would not happen and never has before.. I told janna how upset I was over this and she asked me if I was “okay in the head” and “not to have treatments I can’t afford” even tho I was clearly lied too. So I again expressed how hurt I was to janna and I was told to “f*** off” and she will now “send me my f****** money back when she receives it”.. I then wrote a bad review due to my experience with her and she threatened to come to my house where I have 2 small Children and that I was a “spiteful b*tch” for leaving her a bad review.. and I have every single message to prove this.. I’m very shocked and extremely disappointed with the way janna handled this situation, Especially with her being the “professional” . Then her lying about the messages being edited/fake made it 10x worse🥴🤦🏼‍♀️ stear clear❌ she also vapes in your face while applying lash extensions very unhygienic.. head over to rose Elliott on Facebook all the receipts and proof are all there as Janna keeps getting everything taken down and trying to hide what really happened!I wonder why..🤔
