I had a very bad experience with this BEAUTYPRO LED MASK
I bought this BeautyPro LED Mask through lookfantastic,however today was my very first time using it. For a trial I only leave it on for 10 mins on RED LIGHT this burned my skin leaving me with a spotted face all over.
I contacted Lookfantastic straight away telling them what’s happening!!!
One of the team gave me a return label,not even caring about my wellbeing whatsoever.
Telling me I need to send back the faulty product and wait 14 days for a refund.
This is a total joke.
I’m all burned out and only God knows how long it will take to get my natural ski
n back.
Extremely disappointed with the service all together.

Yesterday I placed my first order with them at around 1 pm and today at 11 am I have it, never expected such a fast delivery, I am more than happy, they are profesional and efficient.
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I love their Foot & Callus mask, purchased one through a third party and unfortunately it had leaked, the third party company refused to help so I contacted BEAUTYPRO themselves to see if they could be of any assistance and was met with the best and most attentive customer service I could have asked for. Abbie instantly offered a resolution. Will definitely be purchasing directly from themselves from now on.

Rosacea sufferer feeling happy
I started using the retinol overnight serum and I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the product. I received it as part of a Christmas gift and I suffer from the skin condition rosacea so I was a little scared incase I got a reaction. The truth is I am now going foundation free and I am thrilled ! I love this product

I have been using this company for a few years now and am very happy with the products. There’s a lot to choose from, and the range is expanding. I particularly like face masks, and the serums. It’s very easy to place an order, pay and get delivered. Never had a problem yet.

Incredible serums
I started using beauty pro serums around a year ago and they have completely changed my skin. From clearing up breakouts to giving it that extra glow all of their serums are incredible and there is one for everything I need. I can’t get enough of the face masks or their new warning eye mask 😍

A rude company
From a trade point of view. I am a small business owner and recently applied for a trade account with them. Upon placing the order I was contacted and ended up with the order being refunded. I had gotten a lot of excitement over giving the brand a try and feel that they should vet trade accounts before approving them. As it is they come across as a rude and abrupt company.
Foot and callus peel
I had a horrible and painful reaction to their foot and callus peel, which resulted in consulting my GP and medication. It took several weeks for the reaction to heal. I had never had a reaction to a product before, so wanted to talk to the company about the ingredients they use and their testing procedures. On contacting the company over two months ago about my experience I am still waiting for an adequate response. Poor customer care.
