I ordered a BaByLissPro BlackFX Trimmer as well as the double foil BlackFX shaver. Both products came FAST and brand new (as expected). I forgot to include the coupon code at checkout and Alex was nice enough to retroactive the difference with the coupon code (though she did not have to). The price beat Amazon and many other retailers I was looking to purchase from. Amazing products, amazing price and AMAZING customer service. I am already planning my next order! I have ordered from Beauty wellness several times. I have never once had an issue and everything comes very quickly always have very good luck and will order again from them. Also their prices are very reasonable and that's coming from a hairdresser with a Cosmo card.

I am very frugal when it comes to shopping for higher end product. I scoured the internet for the best price in Canada. I was so happy to find this Canadian business to pop up in my search. I had not heard of it and was leery to place an order. After checking their reviews i placed my order. There was a tiny hiccup in the shipment and they were quick to let me know and find a solution. I will definitely shop here for all my hair care and beard needs!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Alex at BeautyWellness. In these days of endless telephone menus and the aversion of some business to actually speak with their customers, it was refreshing to have a conversation with a real person who could answer my questions without endless messaging back and forth. Please don't change this arrangement.

I received an email advising that my order had been delivered by Canada Post however, I did not receive it. I contacted Beauty Wellness and the customer support worker, Alex, was quick to respond and advise what steps he would be taking in order to make sure I got my order. Fortunately, a neighbor delivered my order two days later....the postman had put the key in the wrong slot in our community mailbox. I do appreciate the pleasant way in which Alex took charge of the situation and the follow up.
