Could not find Spotify gift cards in any of the shops. Thankfully came across BeCHARGE. I was able to create Christmas themed gift cards with a personalised message.

Paid for mobile top-up, money taken from my Revolut account, but the code didnt appear on the page nor sent to my email. It already happened few times this year, but they have usually resend the code relatively quickly. This time its been 24h and still no reply/ code received from them since i sent my first complaint. Very frustrating experience. Def not reliable service when you need it most! Please, fix it as this issue has been on for many customers for a long time.

Live in North of Ireland not another country. I bought a gaming voucher for my nephew in Dublin on Friday, by Wednesday still no code. Had to buy from Smyths.IE instead. Contacted customer service, asked for a refund and told I used the wrong site even though I didn’t. They can’t refund outside of Ireland. They refused to refund back to my card initially until I kept complaining. Customer service is shocking, caused so much distress on the run up to Christmas.
I did not buy from the wrong site because gaming vouchers have to be bought in Euro for a child in Dublin. If you can’t make refunds back to sterling why are you accepting payments and it’s discrimination to say people in the North cannot make a purchase on your site.

Successful purchase but how long does it take to top up to my credit as it’s urgent. I’m in a rush and need to make a phone call but becharge.ie is taking its time to top up my credit, very disappointing…
Waited 20+ minutes putting this to 1 star because it’s actually embarrassing how slow your service is when it’s literally Monday afternoon??? Do your job please I gave you money and please deliver me credit to my number I need it c’mon.
