Met James in turkey seems
Like a right nonce. Got the gift of the gab especially to children

Found the car I wanted on their website site and after talking with them about it, I was on my way to collect my car the very next day.
Very friendly and helpful staff, got all the paperwork and tax sorted, test drove the car and a very happy drive home.
Would recommend and use again.

Absolute Time waster. I First enquired about a car over a week ago. Heard nothing. Called twice spoke with James. He kindly offers to get back with the details I wanted. Nothing. Second call he offered to send photos of service book details etc. nothing. I called him again to say that I’ve sent a WhatsApp message with my car details for a possible part/ex. Still nothing. So I’ve given up. Checked out company house. The business is not registered at the dealership address. desolved 2013 if I’m correct. James doesn’t come up as a director. Business rebooted under the different address. Director is Auvas Mohammed. I don’t put poor reviews. Ever. But when put on the run around for no good reason. I polite patient and helpful. Everyone is busy i get that. But it takes a simple text or call. To say I’ll be with you asap. Not promise to do something and then not bother. If the details of the car checked out, good deal . I would have purchased the car. Silly pointless ending. I’ve purchased Ghibli else where. All photos and videos sent within the hour. Deal done an hour later. Service and new aux belt done the next day. Car delivered £150 standard fee. Car is spotless and runs like a dream.

Bought a car from this garage after searching all the UK and viewing a lot of cars that were not what they were advertised as and the service and the car is amazing!!

I bought a Mercedes C Class right from the start of my enquiry James was amazing sent me a video straight away of the car before I travelled 2 and half hours to collect the car, James also went through all the paperwork with me on the phone and was very helpful!

The car was ready & valeted to a very high standard when I arrived on Sunday, they was a nearly bald tyre on the rear when mentioned this to the staff on site he straight away got this replaced for us without argument!

Amazing service definitely recommend! I only collect my car Sunday but i’ve done 320 miles in it so far and I love it!! Thank you Bedford Car Centre! x

James was just as brilliant,professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right, both during the sale and after. The aftercare has been outstanding, with both Vas and James going above and beyond to follow up and make sure I was happy even after driving away.
Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and professionally — and none were the fault of the team. I really appreciated their honesty and how valued they made me feel as a customer.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience we just had with James and the team at Bedford Car Centre buying a new car for my mum. We had a last minute disaster at the time of pick-up and they pulled out all the stops to solve the issue.
