Very fast delivery, great price point and sumptuous colour.

I bought these flax linen sheets for my stepdaughter’s house-warming. I’d left it late & didn’t think I would get it in time but I did. 4 days. To be honest, I don’t usually spend $420 on sheets for myself but she wanted them so badly. I felt the fabric & thought… geez, that wouldn’t feel good against the skin. It felt rough. Luckily, they sent “care instructions” to soften the sheets, advising a first wash with bi-carb & washing frequently to relax the fabric. So I passed that on to my stepdaughter. She absolutely loved the sheets that go with the green linen doona cover I bought her from Bed Threads for her birthday. Great quality.

We are house sitting and the linen fitted sheet we were using wore through, so we bought a replacement.
I figured the original must have been old, but now the replacement has a big fat hole, after barely a year.
They feel nice, but terrible durability for the price. You can literally see the fibres rubbing off - every time you remove them there’s a cloud of fluff.
And clearly a known problem - dozens of other reviews saying the same thing. Very disappointing.

Quality is great and postage super fast great service

Further to my earlier review regarding my disappointment with the poor quality of the linen, and how threadbare the bottom sheet became after relatively little use, I would like to add that I am very satisfied with the customer service I received.

The team acknowledged that the linen was indeed of poor quality and agreed to replace the sheet, even though it was outside the 24-month warranty period. This is a very positive outcome, and I appreciate their responsiveness.

I am hopeful that the replacement sheet will prove more durable, as the colour and fabric are otherwise lovely.

Great quality linen sheets! Repeat customer, but I'd love to see some more bold/vibrant colours - Wildflower was my favourite.
