Beer of Belgium Reviews 

Poor customer service - Had several orders with these guys all delivered successfully except the last one - apparently their courier broke at least one bottle and then refused to deliver the package. I got a refund eventually but it was a 7 week process.

I was a little nervous of ordering from 'Beer of Belgium' given the mixed reviews, but went ahead as I was afeter a specific beer that I couldn't located in any UK stockist (Bourgoge des Flandres). After placing the order, the beers arrived within the UK quickly (~48 hours) and were well packaged.
I didn't need to contact them to follow up on the order so can't comment on this part of their service (hence have held back on 5 stars). However, based on my experience I would use them again.

Ordered on Saturday, received a tracking number on Monday. Beer and glasses were delivered on Wednesday. Excellent service.

Fantastic beer and service.
I rarely leave reviews and even less commonly positive ones, but blown away by Beer of Belgium. I ordered 45 beers and 4 glasses from the UK on Tuesday evening, which arrived, in perfect condition, Saturday morning.
This even allowed time for them to inform me of one beer being out of stock on Wednesday and offer a replacement or the choice to wait for a re-stock.
Will definitely be ordering again.

My order was placed in two shipments with no notification from the shop nor shipper. Additionally, the tracking information marked the delivery as complete when the first box arrived. This led us to believe a number of high value items had never been shipped despite being charged for them and being listed on the delivery invoice. However, the second box did arrive over a week later. I am happy that everything arrived as ordered and intact but still a bit frustrated at the lack of clear communication from Beer of Belgium, both from the beginning and after contacting them a number of times to find the items we believed to be missing.

Second time I have ordered from them, after first one not being particularly good thought I would give benefit of the doubt, my mistake.
They do not reply to messages, take your money then you wait ages for the order. They have a " Customer Service" department what a joke.
Have now sent 3 messages over the last few days still awaiting any sort of response. Even sent them a message in French, might as well have been in Chinese!

Poor and arrogant customer service. Completely disappointed. The company is selling stuff with doesn’t have on the stock.

Placed an order late November and when it arrived it was incomplete and damaged. Tried continuously for three weeks to have what was missing and damaged replaced as their website promises, but they didn't want to know. once they have your money, you can forget any 'customer service' thereafter. Buying something like beer from abroad is a bit of a risk but on seeing the reviews on Trustpilot, thought I could trust the company and it would be ok. It wasn't. I'm having to resort to contacting my credit card company for a refund. Extremely disappointing as the order was placed in good time for a much anticipated and looked forward to Xmas present which is now made up of missing parts and broken bits...

First time using, they were more than happy for me to change my order couple of days after being placed (as it had not been dispatched).

Responded to queries within 15 minutes.

Well packaged, uses DPD couriers (to uk) my favourite courier as they give 1h time slots.

Would advice to make it more obvious that shipping is same for up to 40 bottles (e.g on cart page)
