Don't fall for it and be careful when accepting a quote. The moment you accept a quote, you will lose money without having received any advice or service. BAB is unreachable by phone. Requesting a quote is only possible via their website. After you accept the quote, you first receive an invoice that you must pay to schedule a meeting. A few days after accepting the quote, I decided to cancel the assignment because I hadn't yet clarified all my questions. I tried calling BAB again to coordinate matters, but telephone contact with BAB was again impossible; only via email, and even then very brief and non-specific. BAB accepted my cancellation and the assignment was cancelled, but a few days later I received an invoice from BAB (€59) for creating my file and preparing the "substantive analysis"
