I ordered a nail ring and waited forever to have it delivered. There was a hole in the padded envelope that it came in, and the ring was bent. I contacted the company and told them I would like a refund. They, however, do not offer refunds. They first offered 20% off on another item and then offered 50% off an item when I wouldn’t take the first offer. I failed to look at their reviews and should’ve done that first. They do not seem to be a reputable company. Buyer beware!

After 4 weeks, still no shipment. No refund. I've contacted them 3 times and they give me some runaround about how they are reorganizing the warehouse and to please be patient. I've asked for a refund twice and been brushed off. I just read the reviews so I'm not surprised now. At this point just give me my money back! Don't buy from them. It feels like a scam.

Unfortunatly I read the reviews too late. Absolute rubbish products. Product does not even ressemble the online pictures. Useless. Avoid

Shoes are cheap Chinese knock off. Ordered size 11, which is a half size larger than any other American shoe that I buy my foot was hanging off the back of them. I asked the company to give me a shipping label so I could return for a size exchange and they made me pay the shipping fee which was anywhere from $20-$35. When I explain that businesses get cheaper shipping than customers, the reply was, that’s how they keep the cost down the pictures that they show of the items for sale are much better than the actual item. They’re dressed up somehow because the actual item was cheaply made will never order again from this company.

I stupidly didn’t check reviews before ordering a pocket pin.
It is MINISCULE and not even the right colour. Instead of pewter it’s gaudy, trashy gold.
I MUST STOP ORDERING UTTER CRAP WHEN I’VE BEEN DRINKING WINE!

Scammers. In China not LA as advertised. Over 3 weeks, no shipment. “Awaiting pick up” per tracking. They will not cancel. BEWARE

Update, after many emails, they did cancel my order and issued a refund. It took a month.

Do not buy anything from Belfarre, the product looked nothing like the photo when it arrived, the quality is soo poor and the sizing….ordered an XL gilet and when it arrived it was so small it barely fitted my eight year old son

No sizing information on website. Order arrived much smaller than anticipated. I raised a complaint and asked for returns. This has dragged on for weeks and im no closer to resolving the problem.

Do not buy clothes from the belfaire. They are extremely low quality, over priced and unhelpful when raising issues. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Don’t bother purchasing. It took me well over a month to receive for an order for an Apple Watch band and they said would take 5-7 days. I couldn’t even track the order and no one would help me when I emailed to ask. They just kept sending me the link to track it which didn’t work.
When I received the order, the magnets on the watch band didn’t work very well and my watch kept falling off. I asked for a refund and they tried to send me the same product. They finally agreed to refund me a PARTIAL total, not even for the whole order.

Knitwear is made from plastic and hyper static.
XL men's size is equivalent small - medium womens.

WARNING! Do not purchase. This company is totally fraudulent. Their customer service phone number disconnects and the quality of the merchandise is lower than low and misrepresented on the website. You will not be able to return items. Total scam

Sent me the wrong size, a triple XL and wanted me to pay shipping back to send the right size. Shipped straight from China, took 5 WEEKS. Poor quality materials.

STAY AWAY! It has taken over 5 weeks to receive a pair of shoes and customer service are already neglecting to provide a refund due to the delay and inconvenience caused. Waste of time and money spent. I wish I had reviewed these comments prior to purchase.

I received an item, low quality, almost a month late and the company is giving me a hard time to return.

Stay away.

Customer service was horrible. They shipped & delivered my order to a totally different city & had the audacity to tell me I didn't have shipping protection - which they actually do not offer. They refused to ship a new order to the correct address/city or refund me.

Ordered a pair of pants and they are different style than in the description. They say they are a family business but all items come straight from China. Contact with costumer service is friendly.

Ordered two pairs on January 1st, didn't receive until the end of February. They sent two different sizes; both wrong. Now they want me to pay to have the shoes shipped back because the shoes aren't damaged or defective. They are defective; the shoes are the wrong size.
