I found the staff to be fantastic and knowledgeable- my Profitec GO arrived with a missing part and they managed to identify the part over the phone and send replacement that arrived within 48 hours - I am really pleased - thank you.

Organic coffee with taste at its best

Easy process…
From start to finish the whole process was straightforward. I knew what I wanted to buy looked online watched a couple of videos that reviewed the item I wanted and this company came up on YouTube with a full review of the coffee grinder I was looking at. Not only that but they sold the grinder and it was cheaper than other outlets. I may have managed to get it slightly cheaper elsewhere however once on their website the shopping was seamless. Delivery date given an it arrived in time and well packaged. And tbh I'm very happy with the grinder so their video review was spot on..

Coffee machine service took slightly longer than expected. After checking with Bella Barista, was advised machine would be completed the following week, which it was and also promised a free bag of coffee beans, which unfortunately were not in the box with the machine. Nice touch with the free cup of coffee in the shop.

Excellent service and a great buying experience
I recently purchased a DF54 coffee grinder from Bella Barista and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
Their website is really well designed, easy to navigate and full of useful information. The YouTube videos as well are great, which made choosing and ordering the grinder very straightforward. I also contacted the team with a few questions and was very impressed by how quickly and helpfully they responded.
Although this was my first purchase from Bella Barista, everything about the experience gave me confidence that they are a professional and reliable company that genuinely knows coffee equipment.
Very happy with the service and my DF54. I would definitely use Bella Barista again and happily recommend them to other coffee lovers. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
