Love my new sign! Erin was a pleasure to deal with. Had a few questions before ordering about colours and font etc and Erin was more than happy to help. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Erin was exceptional from the time I placed my through to its delivery. Fantastic service, stunning design and brilliant quality.

My order took a little longer than expected to arrive but that is understandable as they are handmade. Also it’s look’s so good 😊

I placed my order on 07/04/2023 and order was not fulfilled until 23/06/2023.
She gives a 2-8 week time frame.
I had to chase up my order at the end of May and was told it would be sent out by the end of the week.
I chased my order again mid June and she said she would check with Royal Mail. I asked for a tracking number and she failed to provide me with this.
I have checked with Royal Mail myself and items sent out 1st class do actually have tracking numbers. You just can’t track where the item is.
The fact that she couldn’t provide me with a tracking number makes me think my order was actually missed.
A replacement was sent out again and received 23rd June 2023

Time frame is far too long for these products. If you can’t fulfil orders between 2-8 weeks, change your time frame and let customers know.

If you claim you are a small business and can’t keep up with orders then look into hiring staff as I can see, I am not the only customer with missing delivery, or consider changing your delivery providers.

I couldn’t be happier with my sign! It’s finished to a very high standard and looks as beautiful now as the day I put it up around 8 months ago.
Erin was very helpful when I was unsure of which colours to choose replied to all my queries within 24 hours.

Excellent service, easy to follow website when ordering and the quality of the signs are amazing. I would highly recommend. They do take up to eight weeks, but it is worth the wait.
