I would not recommend using this site or ever purchasing anything from them.
I would not recommend using this site. They allow customers to purchase dresses with a strict no-refund/no-return policy while stating that items are made to order. Naturally, most people would assume that production begins shortly after purchase or at least within a day or two.
However, five days after placing my order, the company reached out saying: “Before we move forward I wanted to confirm the wear date? As of right now the dress isn't available in stock but it can be produced.”
This raised serious concerns. How can a company accept full payment for a non-refundable item with no estimated shipping timeline, no inventory available, and no indication that production had even begun?
Instead of initiating production promptly or reaching out within the first 24 hours to clarify timing, they waited five days and then asked for additional money to rush the order based on the wear date—rather than being proactive from the start.
If you’re considering purchasing a made-to-order dress, I would recommend choosing a company with a more transparent and organized process. Spending $300–$400 on a dress should come with clear communication, timelines, and immediate action after purchase—none of which I experienced here.
