Purchased a pram suit for a present for a newborn it arrived with a fairly large label sewn on the outside of the leg seam instead of inside the garment! Which is impossible to remove. Hence had to make another purchase from a quality high street shop. This is not a British company I would not use again.

Overpriced and misleading on their website. The site appears to be a small high-quality British business but the products are poor quality and posted from China in the cheapest packaging. I bought 3 items of clothing for my niece's baby shower and thank goodness had them delivered to me so I could wrap them attractively. I paid almost £70 and am so disappointed.

Super cute outfits and great customer service.I ordered several outfits for my granddaughter including the knitted pompom set, linen ruffle romper and butterfly summer dress. She got so many compliments wearing them and looked adorable. The customer service team were so friendly and helpful too. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

This business gives the impression it is UK run hence web page bellebaby.co.uk when in fact they claim to have offices in UK but goods sent from China. I am sick to death of ordering from businesses that give false impression they are operating in UK but are clearly not I can not afford to wait so long for items businesses should give a clear indication of where their items are being posted from. When you message this business takes forever for them to return a reply.

I ordered 12 month size knitted cardigans for my grandson. When they arrived would fit a six year old!!!
Terrible quality, thin, acrylic, looks like they'e been put through a press iron!
Do not buy from this company, its glossy online webpage is misleading and misrepresenting of goods for sale.

Beautiful summer dresses from Belle Baby. I ordered a few for my grandkids and they look adorable in them. Lovely quality too.

I got the the black and the blue waffle button down shorts set and the summer shorts set - quality was good and my son looked great in them - he received compliments all day! Packaging was great and delivery was on time. I definitely recommend!

I ordered a few knitted and summer outfits and they’re all so cute. Shipping is around two weeks but it was worth the wait. Their customer service team is also really helpful.

I was concerned reading the reviews online to buy from here but had my heart set on a piece for my daughter's baptism that I couldn't find anywhere else. I received the order from belle baby and am so thrilled with it. It looks adorable on my daughter and was complimented on a lot.

I will definitely be buying from there again.

I have ordered two same size but different colour unicorn toys. £20 each. When the toys arrived one was significantly smaller, the bigger one was bumpy and poorly made. This size toys at any other shop would cost about £8-£10.
Before ordering from this company, I read 'about' sections (as I would normally do if I don't know the company). It was lovely to read that this company is all about best quality products, and excellent customer service. Also company states that they dispatch items from UK, I thought great, they will be of excellent quality, and will pass all the European safety regulations. This is why I ordered.
Toys took two weeks to arrive, because it's coming from China. The quality is inconsistent and poor. Toys are severely overpriced. You basically buying crap toys from Alibaba Express but paying John Lewis prices.
To me this is just an awful way to make money from hard working people, while misleading and lying to your customer. I will not be returning to this website.

I bought some outfits for my daughter and my niece and they are all super cute! The quality of all is really good and I was especially worried for my niece who has eczema but all the 100% cotton items I chose for her were great. The designs are really unique, so different to boring Highstreet clothing- the heart rompers are my favourite, they looked like little marshmallows dressed in them.

Bought a large giraffe teddy off here, looks nothing like the photo , totally false advertising. Item arrived all bend and folded up with all its wiring inside all bent, the giraffe couldn’t even stand, pointless and wasted my money along with ruining my daughters birthday. I’d stay well away. Waste of £76.50

The people at Belle Baby are brilliant. We experienced a couple of unavoidable hitches in the ordering and delivery process, but Belle Baby were quick to respond, friendly, thoughtful and efficiently made things right. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Quick and easy to order. Beautiful products on the website. Bought a swaddle blanket, which is absolutely beautifully made! Good customer service, prompt to respond.. hopefully will be buying again from them!

After my first order went astray thanks to Evri, Baby Belle organised a replacement which they rushed through ensuring that it arrived on Christmas Eve. Today, I managed to track down the first order which was delivered to one of the other offices on the estate where I work. I emailed Baby Belle to ask how I could return it and they have said to keep it or donate the baby clothes to charity. Baby Belle is a great company, who are quick to respond, happy to accommodate with excellent customer care and I would definitely order from them again.

I had recently written a review regarding purchasing a giraffe. On complaining through customer service my complaint has been dealt with swiftly and courteously. I have received a complete full refund and did not have to go to the effort of returning the faulty goods. After initial disappointment I am happy with how the company have responded and dealt with things.

Amazing customer service , quick response to any issue I had and could not have been more helpful, definitely a company I will use again and recommend to others.

Ordered a baby romper suit it came in the time frame quoted I did message to ask if it was due on time and immediately got a lovely polite email back which was much appreciated

Items were recieved within the time frame. They were both pretty, but just not the quality I was after for this specific occassion. Asked for a return / refund which was handled really quickly and efficiently, and I was even told to keep the products. Customer service is definitely great!
