This company is definitely a scam! Please don't order from them. I'm guessing the 5* reviews are part of the scam.

Don't waste your time and money. My experience was an expensive mistake.

This company should not be trading, selling , product s that clearly are not the quality they make out, and lack of communication when you try to get a refund in full, which is a statutory consumer right,

Item nothing like described. Very cheap, no labels. Will be returning. No paperwork in parcel, so expecting that to be a nightmare too. Really cross with myself I didn't read these reviews before but trusted their website.

Refund my money or you will recieve a solicitors letter. Barrel jeans ??? Ha !!!! Little more than two bits of denim sewn together very badly! No label on them anywhere…..

Terrible clothes

Awful experience. Purchased and received a sweater that was nothing like the photos advertised or marketed. Contacted customer service twice and they responded weeks later, then never responded to any of my follow-up emails. Was unable to resolve my issue and couldn't even return my item. Would never recommend.

Total SCAM.
I finally returned my item back to Germany after constantly asking for the returns address (took them 3 weeks to give it me) only for them to not take my parcel in and then returning it back to the UK. Following this they blocked my emails!
Should have been a really simple return, however, I’m now stuck with a cheap looking tracksuit that cost me £91 plus £25 postage back to Germany!
I’ve opened a dispute with my bank.

Total Chinese junk. Impossible to return. No response at all. Be aware

It took more than a month for my articles to arrive. When they did, they arrived at Cape Town Post Customs, who made me pay 70% more in customs duty on the articles. It was a complicated, long process and the purchase actually cost me more than I thought I was spending. These are the two most expensive articles I have ever paid for, I will never use Bellezza Republic again. The articles are fine and the correct size, but at what cost?

Avoid this company. Not only did it take nearly a month and a half to receive the item, it was the wrong size. Attempts to contact them via their support email have been fruitless. What a waste of nearly 100 bucks.

I ordered a jacket. What eventually arrived from China bore no relation whatsoever to the picture. Instead of a tailored blazer I got some sort of a flimsy ill fitting overcoat roughly the same colour. Customer service acknowledged the complaint but no one has followed up with me in over 3 weeks. I certainly do not recommend.

I ordered 2 shirts

For the first I requested a medium and I was sent an "Asian Medium" which was so small the sleeves didn’t reach my elbows

The second was supposed to be a cotton & linen mix but the actual item was 100% polyester and probably the most horrible material I have had the misfortune to touch

I have tried to contact Bellezza Republic to return the items as they advertise a 30 day return period but their customer service is no existent and will not respond to emails or calls

Please do not buy anything from this company – you will be severely disappointed

Cheap material, high price for a low quality and bad customer service. The shoe I ordered was way too big ( I used their size guide). It looked super cheap. There was no size noted on the shoe. So I don't know what size they sent me! Tried to reach out for a return, received an automated reply that someone would contact me asap. I never received another email. I finally gave up!

Steer clear of this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of men’s cargo pants which looked great in picture. When received weeks later, I have never seen such cheap rubbish.they were poorly fitting, despite being my normal size and looked more like a pair of cheap pyjamas. Honestly, I could buy better quality from Primark at a fraction of the price. Tried complaining to send back, but have heard nothing..::

Read the website and it states 100% satisfaction and they are a friendly responsive company. This is rubbish. Hardly anyone is satisfied with there product when you read the reviews and there is zero response to any complaint. Honestly, don’t waste your money

Just thought I would provide an update. Still heard absolutely nothing so you should assume that this company is set up to scam you by selling cloths that look nothing like what is advertised. Order at you peril, but if you do you will be disappointed

Blazers received of poor quality. Emailed company twice and had NO response whatsoever.
Very disappointing. Do NOT order from this company.

Still waiting for someone to contact me

Ordered a pair of shoes that were way too big and immediately contacted them for return instructions. I received an email saying that someone would contact me. It’s been over a month and nobody has contacted me. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I really appreciate the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the products. My customer service experience has been great , from the time I placed my order , through the entire process, I was given status updates throughout the entire process.

This company are criminals. They in effect stole my money.
I ordered 2 shirts and afterwards read the awful reviews so returned them as per their instructions which cost me £18.
On delivery to Germany they refused to accept delivery from the postal service so they were returned to the U.K.
These criminals need to be shut down.
